Ocean Mile I-6

Watch the Dolphins Swim!
We stayed in I-6 and it was exactly like the photos. Everything was very clean and the beds were cozy. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from the back patios and we could see the dolphins swim everyday. There is an outdoor hose and shower head great for rinsing off outside after playing on the beach. The large TV in the living room with cable was great for the evenings and the furniture was clean and comfortable. The bunkbed room was super cute and a creative use of the space. All of the appliances worked great. The community pool was sparkling. Making the reservation was easy and the rental agreement was clear and easy to sign online. We had an issue with one of the doors not locking, but maintenance offered to come immediately to fix it. We loved the free coupons from Xplorie too. What a great perk of booking through Collins. We will definitely stay here again!

St. George Island is our favorite places to visit
We always love our visits to St. George Island. We stayed in Unit I-6 at 300 ocean Mile this year. The condo was great! We did have a few issues. The sliding door does not lock. The bar that you use to lock it from inside was broken, so the first couple of nights we were unable to lock the door. My husband reported it and someone came out immediately and fixed the bar. We also had issues with the toilets in the master bedroom and downstairs. I was told that the unit had a Kuerig coffee maker and had come prepared for that. It does not have a Kuerig. Despite these issues, we would stay in this unit again.

Watch the Dolphins Swim Everyday!
We loved our stay at I6. The condo looked exactly like the photos online. It was very clean and the beds were comfy. The giant TV with cable was nice for the evenings. In the mornings, we watched dolphins swimming right from our balcony. It’s a magical place! It had a convenient hose and outdoor shower head for use when coming back from the beach. The sliding glass door seemed new. We only had an issue with the door leading out to the upper balcony but maintenance offered to come fix it immediately. Loved the location being on the East end of the beach. It was very private and not crowded. The community pool was sparkling clean. The washer and dryer and appliances in the condo worked great. The only thing it needs is a new large skillet as the one available was scratched up. The set up of the bedrooms and bunk bed room was the perfect use of the space. Will definitely stay here again!

Updates Appreciated
Our unit was better than expected. We really appreciate all the new finished to the home from the light fixtures, the door handles, fresh paint, and the bunkhouse was out of this world. For our family, the bunkhouse made our stay better than expected because it was a great use of space and a special touch for our 5 and 7 yo. We look forward to see what else you do to the unit.

Great spot, needs some work
Fine location, very clean, well equipped, great beds. Needs some upkeep, the main issue being the glass sliding door overlooking the beach is worn out. The latch is broken so door can’t be locked, and the seal between the door’s glass panels is shot so moisture and pollen has gotten in there and clouded the view to the gulf. Dissapointing.

Great location & cozy townhome
We enjoyed our stay at I6. Great beach views, a quick walk to the beach, and the bunk beds were perfect for traveling with kids! We plan to say at I6 again next year. Thank you!

Renter
The property was a great location and nice, however the return vent for the AC and all the vents and ceiling fan had a tremendous amount of dust on it, floors had not been vacuumed upstairs, sand had not been cleaned out of sofa for pull out bed, walls and stair railing could have been cleaned, however other than those minor things , regardless, we would stay again because of the location.

Nice and Easy Relax Place
A nice place that offered the relaxing environment to add to SGI that my sweetheart and I loved. This is our second time at this condo at 300 Ocean Mile. Love the convenience to the beach. Love even more the peace and quiet. Will do our best to come again soon.

Everything was great from check-in to check-out. The only issue We had was the sliding glass door needs new rollers. It was dragging and very hard to open.

Great stay!
We just returned from our wonderful trip to SGI. This unit was perfect! I was nervous about carpet in a beach rental but it was clean and sand free. I read a few comments about the sliding door which appeared to be brand new on our stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Loved it!
We've been coming to SGI for upwards of 10 years, and have always stayed within various condos at 300 Ocean Mile. This may have been the best condo yet! Lots of upgrades throughout, and that gorgeous ocean front view...what more could you ask for?! Loved that it had a keyless entry, making checkin and checkout a breeze because it was essentially all handled via text/email although I did miss stopping in to see the lovely ladies that work the front desk at Collins! Would highly recommend this condo and would absolutely stay here again!

I-6
Everything was great only Issue we had was dryer was not working correctly. It smelled of mildew and wouldn’t run a full cycle. Tried to wash a load and even after 2.5 hours was still damp so we just chose not to wash for the week but would be nice if it was working when we come next year.
