My favorite house!!
I chose this house as my “home away from home” years ago!! It has been remodeled and better than ever!!

Dream Builder
Perfect house for my family of 7! Kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable, and the den area was awesome for all of us to be comfortable. My favorite spot was the porch! Perfect spot for morning coffee and an after dinner drink! We loved it so much that we have already booked it for next year!

An awesome house!
There was 13 of us total, 6 adults and 7 children. First time visiting SGI and I will tell you it won’t be the last!! As a matter of fact, it’ll prob be the only beach we go to from here on out. We were spoiled with this place!! Great community, not populated, no screeching tires or revving engines or loud music coming from vehicles. No horns honking, no continuous sirens. Just peacefulness. Dream Builder did not disappoint. It was the perfect house for our party. We enjoyed every bit of it, the house itself, the pool and the jacuzzi. The only negative complaint that we had, was that the back deck patio furniture was the cheap plastic kind, we all felt like we were gonna snap a leg on the chair while sitting in them. But not a huge deal for us, so we carried on. Excellent access to the beach and what was great was we could watch the kids on the beach while we were sitting on the deck. We rented kayaks from Island Dog (would highly recommend super good people) and had BJ’s Pizza two nights while we were there. Great food!! This seems to be the place everyone orders from the first night on the island so i wouldn’t bother calling in if it is your choice also, they’re too busy to take your order. We went there and ordered in person (hour and a half wait), then went over to the grocery store to do some shopping while we waited. The Blue Parrot restaurant had great food and drinks also. Would not hesitate to book this house, we all really had a wonderful peaceful time in the Dream Builder!

Favorite house!
We’ve stayed in a few houses over the years but this is by far our favorite!! Rooms are smaller than most but it’s perfect and everything you need! We slept in one room with a toddler on a toddler mattress and a baby in a pack and play it was tight but worked!! We loved no interior stairs and close to everything, we look forward to going back next year!!
