Great location
Great central location on SGI. The villa was well appointed with nice appliances and dishes, however the unit is in dire need of an upgrade. The old shag carpet has hidden sand burs and the walls and ceilings were stained and needed fresh paint. My wife looked the apartment over and couldn't find the hair dryer. Quite the Escape
This place was AWESOME! It was clean and as close to the beach as you can get. I was two units away from the pool and beach access. I woke up each morning and had coffee out on the balcony and watched the sun rise over the ocean. I will say that right as you walk in, you go up a flight of stairs - that is where the living room and kitchen are and then you go up another flight of stairs where the bedrooms and bathrooms are. The ONLY thing I wish was that there was a half bath on the level of the living area/kitchen. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking.
