The top floor Master suite now offers a king bed along with a daybed and trundle and a new upgraded Master bathroom with dual vanities and new walk-in shower. The top floor Master also has its own private deck with all new Polywood furniture, perfect for enjoying those warm breezes while enjoying your morning coffee!
The first level is the main living space with an open kitchen, boasting granite countertops, stainless appliances and is fully stocked to delight the most incriminating chef! Stocked with several small appliances, such as an air frier, crock pot and griddle, just to name a few! The dining table comfortably seats 6 and 3 barstools at the kitchen island, provide ample space for those laid back dinners.
The living room, designed with a restful and laid-back vibe, offers cozy seating, a large TV and direct access to the covered beachside porch. On each side of the living room are 2 main bedrooms; both with king beds and upgraded baths. One has its own private Master bathroom and the other shares a bathroom with the queen bed that is on the north side of the home.
Both beachside bedrooms offer access to the large, covered porch, with all new Polywood high-top glider chairs and a Polywood dining table with seat for 6.
The exterior of this home features lush landscaping, a brick paver drive, under house concrete parking, a fish cleaning station, outdoor hot/cold shower, charcoal grill, private beach boardwalk and last but not least, a gorgeous private pool with water feature and comfortable Polywood furniture.

Dune It Right is the way to go!
Beachfront is the ONLY way to vacation and this home was only few steps away from the surf, BEST sleeping with sliders open to enjoy the sounds! Spacious home, well equipped with nice furnishings! Loved outdoor living outback with the beach, in front with swimming pool and top-notch outdoor shower! Very clean! Great communication with Collins property manage. Will be back!!

Amazing Deck!
We’ve stayed in a lot of houses over the years at SGI and this was one of our favorites - it was very clean, the deck was great any time of day (from coffee to cocktails), and the view was amazing. Our family loved using the table on the deck to eat our meals or play card games. We would definitely stay here again! This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
