We loved the house and all of the amenities it had to offer. We would definitely stay there again!! The pool was a great hit with everyone because most days were either double red flag beach days or red flags. The last couple were yellow but we had storms and didn’t want to take all of our stuff to the beach and then have to pack it back up with the storms. So we just stayed at the pool. We even had a fire in the fire pit a couple of nights too.

Fabulous view of the Bridge and Bay
Wonderful Floor plan for the location! Definitely has "Fury Friend Visitors" frequently. I am a stickler for odors! The carpets and sofas could use some "Soap Loving" . Master bed a new mattress maybe! Kitchen and furnishings were great -just some wear. The beautiful outdoor facilities weren't used due to the time of year. I would definitely recommend this home !

Perfection
Cardinal Cove was exactly what we were looking for. We prefer to stay bayside with a dock & a pool. The fisherman in the fam spent a lot of time on the dock. We rented a golf cart and being in such a central location had us on the move to the beach, shops, & sightseeing when we weren't in the pool or enjoying the breeze on the back deck. And the sunsets...you couldn't ask for a better view. We opted not to have the pool heated which was a bold move in April but we used it anyway. :) The day after we arrived, we realized the coffee pot was broken. I called Collins to make them aware so they didn't think we broke it and assured them it was not a big deal, I was just making them aware. To our surprise, they delivered a new coffepot to our door later the same day. The home itself is beautiful. It is fully equipped, well decorated with a modern beach vibe, and it was CLEAN. Unfortunately we couldn't use the fire pit with the burn bans but it's still a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the view, as is the covered back deck facing the water. It was the perfect space for our family and we cannot wait to visit again. THANK YOU for sharing your beautiful home with us.

Our Happy Place!
We love this house and this is our fourth year to stay here with our family. We love staying bay front and the street is quiet. The kids love the pool and the dock for fishing. A few recommendations: the yard is in need of some major attention with landscaping as the sand spurs have taken over including the fire pit area. For a house the size of 14 another refrigerator is needed and I suggest putting it in the laundry room along with some extra shelving. The kitchen needs to be inventoried for pots and pans, mixing bowl, and other supplies. More pool chairs are needed for sure as there is only one lounge chair. Overall, this is our happy place and the extra bonus is we get to bring our dog Mercy with us. We highly recommend this beautiful home!

We really appreciate your recommendations and will absolutely take them into consideration. We're looking into the possibility of adding a secondary refrigerator in the laundry room along with extra shelving to better accommodate larger groups. We'll also be reviewing the kitchen inventory to ensure its well-stocked with essential items like pots, pans, and mixing bowls. Additional pool loungers are on our list as well. Regarding the landscaping, we understand how frustrating sand spurs can be and will be addressing the yard and fire pit area to improve the overall outdoor experience.
