Great Time with Collins and Cloud 9
Collins Realty found us a wonderful place in Cloud 9. Spacious and well equipped for large parties, but was wonderful for just me and my husband. The best parts were two king bedrooms with private bath snd gulf view and a wonderful large porch to watch sunrises, sunsets, and wildlife. We loved our stay. Thank you to Cloud 9's owners for sharing their home and to Collins for always providing top notch customer service.

Fun, family & fabulosity!
We had a wonderful week at Saint George Island in the Cloud Nine property. A quick walk to the beach through the dunes is sweet. We are Beach People and loved our time there. The house having four bedrooms and four bathrooms allowed everybody plenty of space. We love the open living room, kitchen & dining area. We have enough privacy with Neighbor still close by. We had a dishwasher problem and a plumbing problem that Collins responded to quickly and got things fixed right away. We always enjoy working with Collins Realty.

Cloud Nine
We loved staying at cloud nine! The house was clean, had plenty of good linens, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well supplied. And, of course the beach in front of the house was fabulous. We hope to return in two years to the same property. It was great to have a bathroom for each bedroom. There was plenty of space to be together and have alone time as well. Our family comes to SGI every other year to St. George Island and this is the first time I’ve stayed at Cloud Nine. We always stay with Collins properties. We have a few suggestion that I’ll email to you.

Beautiful home and gorgeous weather
We had a wonderful vacation at Cloud 9. We have been staying in the area for the last 20 years and this is the best home we have ever stayed in. We had perfect weather while we there with the highs reaching 75 degrees, sunny, and no rain. The kitchen was completely stocked with everything you need including an air fryer. They had plenty of pots, pans, dinnerware, and even paper towels. The large porch facing the ocean was very comfortable with chairs and a picnic table for reading or just watching the ocean. We loved that every room had a tv but only one was hooked up to cable. The other three were dvd only. Beds were very comfortable and having two Kings, a queen, and twin beds gave everyone plenty of room. We rented a golf cart from Journeys and ate at the Red Pirate just over the bridge . Their chicken wings were pretty tasty. Cloud nine was like home away from home for us and we would love to stay here again

Love Cloud 9
We've stayed in a lot of houses at SGI over the past 30 years, but we've come to love Cloud 9 best. The covered deck and a bathroom for each bedroom make it perfect for our needs. And it's just the right distance from the center of things. Only suggestions would be improved internet service and instructions on which TV remote does what. A discount for return renters would be nice too.

Great House
Large comfortable house with a great location. The kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful deck to watch the waves, dolphins and shore birds. We enjoyed our stay!

Cloud Nine
Wonderful house with a fantastic porch for the doggies. Direct, private access to the beach. Four bedrooms were just what we needed. Kitchen issues: no garbage disposal. I’m 81 years old and my parents had a garbage disposals. Faucets and sprayer at the kitchen sink vibrate annoyingly. The shower control in the southeast bath worked only sporadically and last night not at all. The kitchen could use new pots and pans.Smile. Still I plan to rent it again next season. I’ll have to check our calendars as well as yours and complete the booking.

Many homes on St. George Island do NOT have garbage disposals because of the types of septic systems the homes on St. George Island require. Cloud Nine was a great place to sway. Enough bedrooms and bathrooms for the family It was nice and clean when we arrived. We had a wonderful time. The only thing I might suggest is that someone (maintenance of housekeeping) check the air filter and vent. It looked like it might need to be changed and cleaned of lint and dust. Collins Realty is always a great experience. Thanks for making family/vacation time wonderful. We made great memories.

Cloud Nine-A Great Family Beach Getaway
Cloud Nine could not have a more perfect location on the beach, with its own boardwalk to the beach and a HUGE deck which was great for our big family group of six and two dogs. The house was spacious with four bedrooms and baths, and a large and extremely well-equipped kitchen as far as dishes, utensils, etc. Kudos to Collins Vacations maintenance staff who showed up within 10 minutes of our call on a minor plumbing issue, which was immediately fixed by a cheerful and professional employee. The only items to note for attention are that this older property would benefit from a deep cleaning (floors and dusting), the refrigerator water/ice dispenser leaks a bit, and the bathtub and sink with the twin beds drains slowly. We have stayed in numerous homes on St. George for some 25 years and this home is definitely a favorite as far as the beach location and its casual feel.

Cloud 9
This was our second stay at Cloud 9 so obviously we like this house! It's in a great location on the island. The home is open and spacious. Perfect for our party of six and two pets. The place is clean, modern and everything works. The kitchen is a nice big open area. It is well appointed with everything we needed for cooking our meals. The fact we were given a discount for being returning guests was great! We will be back!

Wonderful accommodations! Great views!
Cloud Nine was a great choice for our family. All the beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Appliances worked well. Everything was clean and welcoming. The covered deck provided wonderful views of the Gulf, and the uncovered part of the deck was a perfect spot to take in the dark night sky and see the millions of stars! Amazing time had by all. Look forward to returning to SGI, and may very well book Cloud Nine again! Also, Collins Vacation Rentals were easy to work with, courteous and friendly staff. Thank you!

Cloud Nine
This is our second time to visit Cloud Nine and we enjoyed it just as much again. Very comfortable beds and furniture. It came in handy this visit as the weather did not cooperate. Collins has been excellent to work with and the employees are extremely helpful!
