I think this is the best trip we’ve made to SGI as a family gathering. The beach view is amazing. The house is beautiful, with a well stocked kitchen cabinets, and it was comfortable, and plenty spacious for our two grown children, including the spouse and child for one,. We will definitely consider this home again for future family trips! My all-time favorite beach house
It doesn't get any better than this. I've been 6 years in a row, and I don't plan on stoping now! They spoil you with the private boardwalk, and if you can't be bothered to walk a few yards, the view from the deck is always spectacular. You can easily see dolphins jumping all day. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and it's just a 7-minute ride to the Piggly Wiggly grocery store. The owners are always quick to respond. The furniture is comfortable. Amazing experience
Went with my partner and friends and we love it! Very comfortable house with direct access to the beach. An Irish Seabreeze
We enjoyed a great week in this spacious house. Spent much time on the porches watching dolphins and pelicans and sand pipers. We walked miles on the beach with our dog. Fantastic Week
We come to St George Island every year in November and absolutely love staying on the plantation. The beach in front of the house was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the dolphins when it was too cold to swim. The kids love biking to the lighthouse on the bike paths and kayaking. A lovely stay
My wife and I spent January and February at An Irish Seabreeze, and loved it. A perfect location on the beach and a very nice layout of rooms in the house, which along with the decks, provided panoramic views of the sand and surf. We have already booked to return for the same time next year. Best rental yet
We stay here every year in November, this time for three weeks. Well appointed kitchen, living room optimized for views of the beach, and the best master bed we’ve slept on for seven years. Great fun at the Beach
This was a great beach house. We really liked the way the bedrooms and baths were laid out. Did use a little tilex on the showers but otherwise everything was clean and in order. Q: CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 06/11/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
