With deepest of thanks, I would like to recognize the kind, caring and efficient Collins Vacation Rental employees who have gone above and beyond their job descriptions. When my husband and I rented "Sunny Cottage" in August 2025, we didn't know that he would have leg/vein issues that would cancel all of his water related plans in June of 2026. Because he learned he could not get his feet, ankles and lower legs wet, he compromised his love for the water by thinking he could watch the 2026 World Cup soccer games. He's the biggest soccer fan I know! He's been recording the 2026 World Cup, while watching the live games. That way he could re-watch the players, and critique their plays. He follows each and every team. He studies the players. So, he was devastated to learn "Sunny Cottage " didn't have a television that supported basic cable TV for broadcasting FOX 5 or FOX sports. Streaming internet or Disney did not compare to basic TV channels during World Cup season. Devastation was turning to angst. A person cannot sit at a bar (although Paddy's is wonderful) for 6 hours, seven days a week, to watch soccer. This is where your Collins team comes into play! Our family desperately needed to see the World Cup 2026 on TV in "Sunny Cottage" and Laquesha made it happen!!! We tried everything we knew, but couldn't get basic TV. Laquesha came to "Sunny Cottage " and subscribed to FUBU and John Mayes was able to start watching World Cup soccer in time for the 5pm France vs Iraq game!!! My/our heartfelt thanks go to Laquesha, Jennifer and Destanie for going above and beyond their job descriptions and making sure Collins rental customers have what they need!! I cannot/do not want to think about how John's vacation week would have been if he could not have been able to watch World Cup soccer!! Especially since he could not get his legs wet!! So, I just have to praise the Collins team for the week of June 20-27, 2026. Our deepest thanks to Laquesha, Jennifer and Destanie. Over the years, we have experienced tropical depressions, loss of power, a rental that had a new Trane air conditioning unit that didn't work (yes, you can stop a Trane), kitchen sinks that leaked straight under the counter, termites that swarmed at night when you turned on inside lights (they were living in a wooden, custom made headboard), and other minor issues. But, we have never lacked basic tv reception. A thousand thanks, to Laquesha, Jennifer and Destanie for saving our vacation at "Sunny Cottage". Thank you. Thank you. Thank you. It has meant so much to us!!

We are so sorry to hear that John's medical restrictions kept him from enjoying the water during this vacation. We can certainly understand how important it was for him to be able to watch the World Cup, especially as such a dedicated soccer fan. Wonderful stay!
We really enjoyed our week and are eager to come back and stay again! The home is comfortable and stocked with everything we needed to cook and relax. The ocean views and sound of the waves from the porch were lovely- we ate all of our meals in the screened in porch. The location was perfect and super easy to get to the sand.
