Excellent house. Pictures did not do it justice. Clean, spacious, comfy beds, wonderful pool and screen porch, quick walk to beach. We loved the beach and pool toys provided. Beach was warm, quiet, clean and did not disappoint when it came to dolphins! We would definitely rent this house again. Note to future renters...kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans/utensils, etc....but they aren't kidding when they say bring all of your own spices, seasonings, condiments, soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, paper towel, beach towels etc....there is nothing extra. It worked ok for us as we drove and could load the car. Flying would be a challenge for us as we do most of our cooking at home. Also, bring earplugs for the bedroom with AC right outside the windows. Dancing Dolphin
Very well stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture, great beds. Short walk to the beach and lovely private pool. Nice rockers on the porches, and a huge screened porch upstairs, with eating space for 6. Q: CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 03/06/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy.
