I stayed at Kumquat May with a group of girlfriends and we had a wonderful time. The house was perfect. We loved the size and location. The dining table was big enough for our gatherings. The kitchen was very well equipped for our cooks. We were so pleased we are already planning for our next visit!

Kumquat May
The house was lovely. Very spacious with room for all. I found it very well-equipped, both inside and out. The kitchen was especially well-appointed. We enjoyed the house, the porches, and the pool! We had great support from the Collins staff, especially in light of evacuation due to tropical storm Debby. A special shout out to Amanda from Collins. She went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and settled after our return. We had to keep lights out in the front of the house, and as a middle of the night reader, I did miss a lamp close to a chair or sofa. ( my only complaint!) A great house!!

JUST BOOK NOW!

Let me just start off by saying, JUST BOOK NOW! Kumquat May is a beautiful home that has everything you need to share memories with the ones you love (fur babies too!!) The owners hve thought of it all! Every kitchen applianceor utensil you could need, dog crate, food spices, extra towels galore, and awesome patio/pool furniture! My husband, out 3 year old golden, and I cherished every second we had together at Kumquat May! The decor is just the absolute cutest and gives you all the beachy vibes (with an added touch of dog love!!) The heart thought that went into this home makes you love it that much more. Everything is SUPER CLEAN!! The pool is HUGE! It will fit all your fun floats! Wi-Fi worked great - you don't have to worry about being able to work if you need to! THE VIEWS are unbelievable! We watched the dolphin pods swim so close every morning, and the crabs walk the sand each afternoon. We made peanut butter and jell sandwiches for dinner one night because we just didn't want to leave the balcony! There is an elevator if yu need it with your bags. A perfect dock to walk out to the beach, and a shower to hose off so you keep the sand outdoors! The home is part of the gatted Plantation community, which adds an exxtra layer of security to your stay. We did our grocery shopping at the Piggly Wiggly. We ate at a few of the local restaurants, which are a 10 minute drive from the home. Paddy's Raw Bar had the best peel and eat shrimp, Blue Parrot had scenic views with yummy frozen drinks, and Weber's is a must for morning donuts! There aren't an abundance of restaurants on the island, but trust me, you won't want to leave Kumquat May anyways! We even found ourselves preferring to order carry out to bring it back! Our dream has always been to bring our golden to the ocean! That dream came true this week, and Kumquat May made it so special. We know that you spend hours searching for rental properties that seem best fit for your family, you have found it!!!

This house is absolutely incredible!

This house is absolutely incredible! It sits right on the beach and all the views are absolutely beautiful. There is a well-made walkway directly from the house to the beach. Very few people around. The pool and surrounding area are spectacular. The owner thought of everything when they were designing it. The quality of construction and the beautiful interior design is just icing on the cake. We highly recommend this house for anyone, but especially for a larger family to spend some time together. We will be back!

Beautiful Home

Beautiful home with everything needed for a beach vacation. The owners even gave us a welcome bag with lots of goodies Hope we will get to be repeat visitor next summer. The Yarbrough’s This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Wonderful Vacation at Kumquat May
Spent a week in January at Kumquat May with five other ladies. We all loved the house. We were amazed at the beautiful views and how well the house was designed. The kitchen was the most complete of any beach rental I’ve ever experienced. Everything we needed was provided. We will be back and will need to pack much less now that we know everything we want is already there. It was wonderful to have covered parking for up to 6 cars. Can’t wait to return.

After staying in numerous homes throughout the SGI Plantation I can honestly say Kumquat May tops them all.

After staying in numerous homes throughout the SGI Plantation I can honestly say Kumquat May tops them all. The location within the Plantation, convenience to clubhouse/gym, and the view were all amazing! The home is decorated beautifully, and all of our family members could retreat to their own space, if needed. Amenities galore! The provided gear was a welcome touch. We loved being able to bring our dog with us (dog bowls and crates are also provided)! I could’ve easily stayed for another week! Our family is looking forward to returning in the future!

A TRUE 5 STAR HOUSE
This is a true 5 star house. Layout, decor, furnishings, location, etc. The house has everything you need for a perfect week at the beach. Can’t recommend enough.

Best By Far!

We have been visiting St. George for over a decade with our family and renting homes in the Plantation! This house was the best by far! The floor plan is great and the decor was very nicely done! We were impressed with the size of the pool and you can see the ocean from it! We spent a lot of time on the large decks facing the water, which were nicely furnished! The house was so clean when we arrived and the elevator was great for loading and unloading our bags. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and great views! The house was equipped with everything you need, including beach towels and two refrigerators with working water filters!! The owner thought of everything, which made our stay worry free and so much fun! We highly recommend this house for large groups and pups! We can't wait to go back!
