Great getaway
This is the second year we have stayed in the Attitude Adjuster. It is perfect for our needs. Our entire and extended family rent three houses together for this week from Collins each year. We have found Collins to be incredibly responsive to any needs we have. The house is well suited for two families to fit nicely. The pool is a nice addition when the beach is too rough with occasional storms or wind. There are a few things showing aging or wear and tear over the years such as cabinets or faucets. The elevator is very helpful for a small fee. The furniture seems to be in good condition and the house seemed clean.

Family Vacation
We stayed at Attitude Adjuster for our annual family vacation. The home was more than adequate for our party of 10 and our fur-babies. We enjoyed the pool and the elevator came in very handy. The elevator did break down several times but was fixed quickly. It was a short walk to the beach. Well equipped kitchen. No Keurig (at least I didn’t find one) but does have a coffee pot. Our family throughly enjoyed ourselves. If you plan to be out at night I would suggest bringing mosquito repellent. Hope to return in the future.

Awesome family vacay
Our family loved our recent trip to St. George Island. This was our 5th year coming to the island for vacation. Attitude Adjuster house was perfect for us with 7 adults and 4 kids. The house was spacious with 2 separate areas for family to gather, a large well-stocked kitchen, large dining area and two decks overlooking the pool. The pool was just the right size for young children under age 7. The short walk along the nature trail to the beach was nice. Our family also loves to spend time at Bill Sikes Cut and we were just a short drive to that area of the island. The only things we wish had been different were that the gas grill had been functioning and clothes dryer had worked efficiently. Our third night at the house we were awakened by all 8 smoke detectors blaring. Really scary as we all quickly exited the house. Thankfully the issue was not fire but out of date detectors that simply needed to be replaced. Thank you to Collins Realty who sent a maintenance rep to replace all smoke detectors the next morning. No troubles after that. We look forward to spending time at the house again next summer!

A nice place
We spent the month of January in Attitude Adjuster and found it more than adequate. The description understates how beautiful and private the property is. It’s a five-minute walk from the beach, but the walks are very pleasant. In fact, the Plantation has a great system of miles of nature paths and bike paths, so it’s a great place to get walking exercise if that’s what you are looking for. The house is well laid out, but like many older, mid-price rentals it could use some upgrades of some furniture and appliances, but everything works. We would rent it again.

Attitude Adjuster
There were a few problems around the house, which we pointed out to Collins. The pool furniture is in poor shape, and one king bedroom has no dresser for storing clothes. On the other hand, the decks and pool are nice, and the location is great.
