A Turtle Haven

Welcome to A Turtle Haven, a serene getaway nestled on a secluded 2-acre bayfront lot in the prestigious St. George Plantation. This stunning four bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom home comfortably sleeps 10 and is pet friendly for up to two dogs (under 25 lbs. each) with a $75 pet fee per dog.
Relax and unwind on the screened porch as you take in breathtaking sunsets and watch dolphins play along the shoreline. Listen to the peaceful sounds of nature as ospreys and eagles soar overhead, searching the bay for fish.
As a guest at A Turtle Haven, you'll have exclusive access to the Plantation's premier amenities, including two large community pools, a clubhouse, a 24-hour fitness center, three tennis courts (one featuring two pickleball courts), and a 3,200 foot private landing strip. The Plantation is meticulously designed with density controls, raised walkways, and underground utilities to preserve its lush, natural beauty - all within a gated community with 24-hour security.
Whether you're soaking in the stunning bay views, enjoying the community amenities, or simply daydreaming in the peaceful surroundings, A Turtle Haven is the perfect escape for relaxation and adventure on St. George Island!
This house has access to the Plantation clubhouse with two community pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts and fitness center.
Amenities: Multiple TVs, DVDs,washer and dryer, 2 master suites, wet bar, gas fireplace, sun deck, screened porch, park style grill, enclosed hot outdoor shower.
Turtle Haven does not participate in the Xplorie activities.

No water access!
The house would be perfect if it only had access to the water. The houses on the left and right are privately owned with docks going out on the bay but you can't use their docks. Turtle Haven
We really like Turtle Haven. Owner tries to keep updating amenities. Q: CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 06/11/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
