SEA WATCH WILL TAKE YOUR BREATH AWAY! This sunning home has gone through a huge transformation. The entire home has been remodeled with all new beautiful luxury vinyl plank flooring, fresh new paint, fixtures and all new furniture and d�cor.
The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. Starting at the ground level, the home has a special "hidden" bunk room with one double over double bunk bed, another guest bedroom with a full size bed, shared bathroom, and separate media room with cozy seating, foos ball table, and a morning kitchen, with sink, microwave, and mini fridge. The ground level area also has a large entry with a sofa, laundry room and a separate office space with desk and a daybed.
Up the stairs to the main living area, opens up to beautiful high ceilings and a bank of windows and sliders affording you with fabulous views of the beach and the Gulf Of Mexico. The open kitchen, dining and living room have all new furniture and accessories. On this top level is the Master bedroom with king bed and large en suite bath, with stand alone shower and tub. There are two more guest bedrooms on this level; one with a king and the other with a queen with a shared bathroom between.
The home boasts a large open deck off the living room with lots of comfortable seating, a covered porch with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a swing to take in those lovely ocean breezes.
Downstairs and under the house we have a firepit, covered lounge area with additional seating, beach gear rack, corn hole game, enclosed hot/cold shower and park style charcoal grill. There is parking for 2 vehicles under house and plenty of additional parking in the large driveway.

Head of household
The property was beautiful, well stocked with cooking pots, utensils, etc., we cooked in every night and was able to find everything needed. We did have a problem the last night as the air conditioning did not work, it broke about 9pm and maintenance could not get someone until 12am, which was too late. Property well maintained and gorgeous. The basement worked out great for my son, wife and 3 children, only one negative, double bed was too small for two adults, hope the owners would consider changing to a queen bed. Our visit to SGI ... again!
The home was really spacious and nice, and was pretty well equipped with dishes, etc. Our family loved being right on the beach. Our time on the island was really fun. Beautifully Done
I suspect we were among the first guests after this property was completely renovated and updated. It shows and lives beautifully. Very nicely decorated and well stocked. Plus great location. Q: CANCELLATION and RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 03/06/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
