Dapper Dolphin
As you enter from the large sundeck, which boasts plenty of outdoor seating, you'll be greeted by an inviting open concept living, dining, and kitchen area. The living room offers a large sofa and two additional chairs, perfect for unwinding after a day at the beach. Adjacent to the living room is a door leading to the newly redone screened-in outdoor dining area, ideal for enjoying meals with a view.
On the other side of the living room, you'll find the dining room with a wooden table and bench seating, creating a cozy atmosphere for family gatherings. The well-stocked kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances, making meal preparation a breeze.
The master suite, located off the living room, features a comfortable King bed and a neighboring bathroom with a walk-in shower and standalone vanity. The other two bedrooms are situated off the kitchen; one with a King bed and the other with two single bunk beds (4 single beds). The second bathroom, shared by these bedrooms, includes a tub for soaking and bathing the kids after a fun day at the beach or taking a hot shower.
The exterior of the home is equally impressive, featuring new windows and a spacious composite deck with a security gate that spans the entire length of the house. The deck is designed with cable wire to provide clear ocean views. You'll find plenty of comfortable seating with Polywood furniture on both porches, perfect for relaxing and taking in the scenery. "Dapper Dolphin" is the ideal beachfront retreat for creating lasting memories with family and friends.

Can't beat ocean front and location
This is the quintessential beach cottage, cute and ocean front. Nice layout. Screened porch made for a great game room. Well-stocked kitchen with stand up mixer and multiple coffee machine. Lots of pots and pans. Could have used some weeding out as cabinets were jam-packed. Some updates are due like touch up paint, some cracked tiles and screen door has taken a beating (I reported the door to maintenance). Wonderful beachfront stay
Great older beach house in perfect location right on the beach and easy walk/ bike to the lighthouse, ice cream, etc. Updated bathrooms and well stocked kitchen. Wonderful screened porch and large covered deck, perfect for watching the dolphins. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates.
