We absolutely loved our stay at Sea Grace!

Sea Grace is Tired
When we arrived we killed four huge roaches, two of the eyes on the stove top did not work, the bottom drawer of the oven has fallen off and is on the floor, multiple pieces of molding around the floor are missing, two lamps are broken and in the laundry room so the house is dark at night, lights in the kitchen are filthy, the sofa and chair are ripped stained and smell of wet dogs, they need to be replaced immediately. Dog hair everywhere and screened porch was not cleaned. Grill is so rusty it is not usable. Bathroom floors are cut and ripped, they should be replaced as well. It may be helpful to clean the vents. they are filled with dirt and hair and are very clogged. No wine glasses. The owner needs to make some repairs and I hope Collins will let them know. Did not call maintenance because of Covid.

We do understand not wanting maintenance to come into the home during your stay because of COVID but, reporting issues that you have experienced can always be done so that we can have them addressed after your check-out. Relaxing at Sea Grace
Our 2nd time staying at Sea Grace. Love the screened back porch. The additional deck & outdoor shower at ground level was great. House is well suited for our family, plenty of room and well equipped kitchen. We'll be back next summer :)

Sea Grace
We’ve been renting this property for over 20 years from when it was Island Dream, then with VRBO and back to Collins as Sea Grace. The location, screened deck, views and boardwalk are excellent. It’s the perfect size for the two of us and our dog. The update to the bedroom floors along with the new outdoor furniture is great. We’ve noticed that the bathrooms, sofa and chairs have remained the same but this is our favorite place to stay.

Sea Grace was wonderful
Because we had stayed at the house in the past, we very much appreciated all the improvements that have been made at this property. The views are incredible and we had everything that we needed for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

Sea Grace
The heating cooling system is a joke. If you leave the sliding door open for 20 seconds the heat/air go off. The reset instructions do not work. I found a way to reset holding down two buttons. In the week there I reset the system at least 3o times. We never got the TV to work. We just streamed our YouTube TV off our ipad.

In the future please call our office if you are experiencing problems during your stay so that we can try to address them. Sea Grace does have an air conditioning unit that turns off if doors or windows are left open to prevent the unit from freezing up. We hope to see you on St. George Island again soon!

Loved it as usual
For our 1 week at the beach, we've been staying at Sea Grace for more than 10 years starting out as VBRO. 51 weeks are spent living in the Beautiful North GA Mountains. The only complaint this year was that it was a little cool but that didn't steal our beach JOY! Can't predict the weather when reservations are made more than 1 year in advance.

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Grace
Our family enjoyed the week at Sea Grace. My elderly mom came with us, the screened back porch was the perfect place for her. We all enjoyed the porch, and large deck.

This was our 2nd year staying at Sea Grace. We love the house and access to the beach with our dogs. My only request would be to upgrade the coffee pot. It takes a really long time to brew. We will be back next year!!
