The first level includes four bedrooms. Two Gulf-view bedrooms each feature private en-suite baths, while a third Gulf-view bedroom shares a bath with the bunk room, providing flexible accommodations for families and groups.
The top level showcases a spacious open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area designed to maximize the stunning Gulf views. The kitchen is beautifully appointed with custom cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. A breakfast bar with seating for three flows seamlessly into the dining area, which comfortably accommodates eight.
The primary suite, located just off the main living area, features a king bed, Jacuzzi tub, double vanities, and a large walk-in shower, creating a private and luxurious retreat.
Step outside from the living and dining areas onto a large, covered porch with outdoor seating, loungers, and a dining space ideal for relaxing, playing games, or simply enjoying the incredible views. The newly installed electronic screen enclosures, offering privacy from other homes nearby.
A brick-paved walkway leads directly from the home to the designated beach boardwalk, providing easy access to the shoreline. This pet-friendly property (dogs only) welcomes your furry companions.

When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
