We loved the dock. Beautiful views of the sunset. The interior of the house exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked and very spacious. What a spacious and lovely house! The location was fabulous. The view extraordinary. The screen porch was where we spent a lot of our time. Wonderful sunsets. The kayak put in next to the house was so handy. Big office for computer work and doing yoga. The kitchen was well equipped. So much to recommend this house. Every house has it’s quirks, and this one was no exception. The living room furniture was uncomfortable. So many recliners and none of them worked! Not enough comfortable furniture outside. A perfect cozy beach home in St. George Island!
Let me begin by saying, I am completely blown away by the beautiful beach house my family and I stayed at. From the moment you arrived, you were greeted with breathtaking views of the Apalachicola Bay and the cozy interior of the house. There’s a dock to fish and enjoy the sunset and sunrise. The amenities provided were amazing and made your stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, allowing for peaceful relaxation and easy access to the beach. 5 minute walk to the public access beach which is across the main road. We had a great time! Five stars!
Just a couple of things that need attention: the shower in the master bath has very little water pressure and the front right burner on the stove does not work most of the time. Other than these things we had a great stay and are already looking forward to our stay at SeaStar next year! Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
