With fantastic unobstructed views of the Gulf, this home boasts all the comforts of home with rich hardwood floors and thoughtfully appointed furnishings and accessories throughout. A recent addition to this home is the installation of a wonderful elevator that services all floors; from ground level all the way up to the second floor! A tremendous amenity for easy off-loading of groceries and luggage. The first level boasts 2 charming bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. A very comfortable living area sits between each bedroom, perfectly appointed for the kids to play games or watch movies on the satellite HDTV. Both bedrooms and living area on this level have wonderful gulf views and access to a large covered porch with comfortable seating. Stairs off this porch lead to the ground level area and short path to the bike path and beach boardwalk. The Master bedroom and bath are located on the top level along with the open living, dining and kitchen areas. The kitchen has been completely renovated in 2016 with beautiful upgrades; including new cabinets, stainless steel appliances and gorgeous granite countertops. The open concept is perfect for those large family gatherings. There is an extensive covered porch off of the living room, appointed with rockers and an outdoor dining table and chairs. A roomy sundeck off the Master bedroom is staged with a very inviting hammock, perfect for those lazy afternoon naps. The large ground level entry, better known as the sand room foyer doubles as the perfect air conditioned pet run, with a secure gated area for your dogs.
