AMENITIES:: Multiple TVs, newly remodeled kitchen with quartz counters, all new appliances, house has been recently updated with all new interior painting, furniture, mattresses, bedding and decor. Solid surface floors throughout. Second floor master suite includes sitting space, with convenience beverage center and a roof top deck. Large covered porches, outdoor shower and fish sink, park-style charcoal grill, cleared and maintained path to the beach boardwalk. Beach cart for guests, concrete parking under house and large gravel drive with additional parking spaces.
Pet Friendly (2 dogs only under 100 lbs. Larger dogs considered upon request. (A $75 non-refundable pet fee is required per dog)

My wife and I have been to St George several times and I have to say this is the finest home we have been in. Extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and beach access right outside your front door. Our reservation was a last minute booking due to someone else’s unfortunate set of circumstances which required them to cancel. This will be our house of choice as long as it’s available. Shell Cottage
Kudos to the owner of this property. Everything at Shell Cottage is very well maintained and clean. The owner has given careful consideration to what a guest could need and provided those items. My wife and I visit the island several times a year and Shell Cottage is definitely one of the best kept properties. We stayed at Shell Cottage. The house was lovely. Very clean and updated. We found the kitchen very accommodating as we enjoy cooking. After we showered the first night, we noticed how stopped up the drains were in both bathrooms. We called the Collins maintenance department and they came the next day. A very nice young man spent an hour getting all the hair out the was clogging the drains. Then they drained perfectly. We would definitely stay in Shell Cottage again. Wonderful Stay at Shell Cottage
We have been coming to St. George for 20 years and this is one of our favorite rental homes. Shell Cottage is a very clean, tastefully decorated beach home. The house was spotless and very comfortable. We loved the rockers on the back porch, with fans, and spent a lot of time there just visiting with our family. The outdoor shower and beach cart were greatly appreciated. A super quick walk to the beach! We also loved the natural landscaping around the house and shade that it provided.
