This stunning home boasts 2 more guest bedrooms on the top floor; a queen bed beach side with fantastic views of the gulf from its own private balcony and the other, designated as the kids room with 2 single bunk beds. A full bath is located on this level to service both rooms.
Last but not least is the back yard oasis with its own private pool, hot tub, and a perfect outdoor entertaining area for your family! This house is perfectly situated with easy beach access directly across the street and within walking distance to all the local restaurants & shops. Cowboy Boots and Bathing Suits is truly a dream come true.
AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, well-appointed kitchen with updated stainless-steel appliances, breakfast booth and island breakfast bar with bar stools, tile throughout kitchen, dining and living room, carpet in all bedrooms, screened front porch, large sun deck with picnic table, concrete parking under house, covered entry, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, large fenced-in back yard with private pool and hot tub, park style charcoal grill and gas gill, outdoor kitchen area, easy beach access across the street.

This was an awesome beach house. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and one 3 year old. It is across the street from the beach but had very good sight lines to watch the waves and dolphins. Easy pathway down to the beach also. The pool was great and our granddaughter loved having a pool at her doorstep. The pool area was very comfortable with a hot tub and a hanging swing. Great family house
Cowboy boots and bathing suites is a wonderful, family friendly house! Loved the gates that surround the pool area and the porch! House has an amazing view of the beach, quick and easy walk to get there too! No title
We had a wonderful time. Two complaints which were doable but the downstairs air was not cool. The second floor was very comfortable which is so strange. When we arrived there was sand in the pool. The pool company did come out to check the pool and cleaned the deep end of the pool but that was all. I was outside at this time and I watched. Great Beach House - Cowboy Boots and Bathing Suits
Great beach house for big family. Sleeps 10. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and large living area. Plenty of tvs with streaming networks. Nice well equipped kitchen (just needs some more sheet pans). Right across the street from the beach with a great view of the beach. Swimming pool area is awesome and big for a beach house pool. Nice grilling area. New counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms-great updates! Close to restaurants, shopping and the Pig Express. Amazing Vacation Home
This was an amazing home for our family. Very dog friendly as we didn’t need to worry about them getting out. The pool was perfect and we highly recommend this to others. The only issue is the kitchen faucet. It is hard to turn off and wastes water. Great House!

The pool area was very nice, the landscaping, the grills, swings, etc. Across the street from the beach but we had our own pathway and you could still see & hear the ocean. The house needs a deep clean. The living room furniture was heavily stained and dirty. The kitchen pans need to be replaced, lots of scratches on most of them. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
