The name is a play on an old tongue twister, but you will be absolutely speechless over the fabulous new furniture, bedding and decor throughout. This home boasts 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. The top level is the main living area with an open-concept living and dining room with loads of windows to take in the stunning views. The space has a large TV, comfortable seating and a new dining table with seating for eight. The updated kitchen has lovely white cabinets, quartz countertops, attached bar area with four barstools. Another full bath is located right across from the kitchen area. The top level has two Master beach facing suites, one Master has one King bed, private bathroom and direct access to the beachside sun deck. The other Master bedroom has 2 king beds, private bathroom and access to the beachside sun deck as well. The lovely sun decks abound with comfortable seating and afford some amazing and expansive views of the beach and Gulf Of Mexico. Downstairs has two lovely guest bedrooms, one with one double/single bunk bed and the other with two queen beds. A shared bathroom, laundry room and a middle game area with a large wall-mounted TV and dining table with seating for six. Out the sliding doors takes you to under the house area with lots of abundant comfortable seating and a swing which make this a fabulous extended living space! The private pool boasts a large sun deck and separate pergola with swing and seating. A fenced-in dog run is also attached. Wonderful venue for family gatherings
ion! Enjoyed Thanksgiving in this perfect homes locaion! Faroenugh away from the main tourist locations to miss the traffic but close enough to take the golf cart to the grocery ! Highly recommend ! Only downfall is the baths and bedrooms downstairs could be better. Upstairs rooms and baths wonderful!,covered porch down great! Decks upstairs absolutely fabulous . Loved this home! Perfect beach front property
The property had recently been bought by new owners and the updates and cleanliness were top notch! We were a little worried because of the previous reviews under different ownership but the new owners put that to rest. The home was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and just hang out at the beach almost every single day. Plenty of seating throughout the home for our large group to be able to relax in the evening and watch some TV. The only kind of negative thing I could say is the downstairs queen bedroom air conditioner unit really wasnt working that well but we just left our door open and had a fan so it stayed nice in there.- Paula P from Missouri , Posted: 06/19/2021
