ion! Enjoyed Thanksgiving in this perfect homes locaion! Faroenugh away from the main tourist locations to miss the traffic but close enough to take the golf cart to the grocery ! Highly recommend ! Perfect beach front property
The property had recently been bought by new owners and the updates and cleanliness were top notch! We were a little worried because of the previous reviews under different ownership but the new owners put that to rest. The home was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and just hang out at the beach almost every single day. Plenty of seating throughout the home for our large group to be able to relax in the evening and watch some TV. The only kind of negative thing I could say is the downstairs queen bedroom air conditioner unit really wasnt working that well but we just left our door open and had a fan so it stayed nice in there.- Paula P from Missouri , Posted: 06/19/2021
Great week at She Sells Seashells!
We really enjoyed our week at She Sells Seashells. The house is close to the beach. The open balcony was great for watching sunrises and seeing the stars. The shaded swing by the pool was perfect for our baby. We enjoyed shuffleboard games while grilling. Posted: 04/24/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was recieved.

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
