Our family had a wonderful stay at The Pearl. The owner/management were extremely helpful and handled everything before we even knew there was a problem. The beach was perfect and neighbors were quiet. It was perfect. The private 1st floor room was wonderful for our newlyweds.

The Pearl

BEST TIME EVER

The Pearl
The house met or exceed all expectations. The lay out was ideal for our family affording togetherness with privacy. The walk to the beach was one minute. The place is very quiet. The kitchen is well equipped. There was nothing we needed and we love cooking together while on vacation. A few things to know in considering the house. There is no shower in the upstairs loft bedroom meaning you have to go downstairs to shower. The walk in tub in the master is not very useful as configured. The shower in the "in-law" suite is tiny, I mean very small with no shelf for supplies. The suite also lacks a closet or any drawers for storage. But, the suite is the best as you can be on the beach or in the kitchen in seconds. We were all very happy with the house. We will certainly consider this house again. Don't forget, the eastside of the island is the best!

The Pearl will be a repeat stay
We enjoyed our stay at The Pearl! The house was very clean, not lacking in kitchen equipment (I love to cook) and so close to the beach. The internet wasn’t working for the first 2 days but fixed early on 3rd morning. The deck had your choice of sun or shade throughout the day. Loved how spread out the bedrooms were to give “me time” to our teens but wasn’t a sprawling home either. As mentioned the beach is so close and is really the star of this home. FYI - We prefer the east side of the island due to less crowds but it’s a quick 5 min drive at a leisurely pace to “town”, lol. This is our fav home out of the 3 times we’ve stayed in St G.

The Pearl
Had some problems with the door but they got resolved. Need a shower in the upstairs bath. All had to shower downstairs. A handheld in the tub would help. I know that would mean some tile on the walls but the tub is useless to most people. The ice storm cracked the webbing on an outdoor chair. I did not want you to think we did that. It is an awesome view. We also enjoyed the elevator. We are older and would have felt it was hard without it. I am an artist so I can’t wait to paint some of the views. Thank you for our stay.
