It also features two totally separate heating and air conditioning systems, one on each floor, for precise temperature regulation and a tank less, hot water heater so you never have to worry about taking a cold shower. A half bath is smartly tucked under the stairwell, and a library of amazing books on St. George Island and the surrounding area are arranged on custom shelves. The dining room has amazing sinker cypress handmade table and 6 chairs. The exquisite kitchen has gorgeous quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and has been stocked with everything you could possibly imagine! Up the stairs is the bedroom level, boasting a generously sized Master suite with a splendid custom built king platform bed, master bathroom and a private screened porch. The perfect location for couples to take in those amazing sunsets over the bay every day of the year. The large guest bedroom is equipped with a grand king bed, private bathroom and a set of cozy single bunk beds, making this home the perfect bay front getaway for small families! The laundry closet on the second floor boasts a full-sized washer and dryer. Under this lovely home is a large area for your outdoor entertaining and enjoyment, equipped with a 6 person hot tub, a large swing, fire pit with Adirondack chairs surrounding, outdoor enclosed hot and cold shower and outdoor kitchen area with sink, gas grill and beverage center. This is the Place!
Can't think of anything negative about Eventide. Tastefully decorated, smartly designed, kitchen well stocked with appliances and utensils, fish cleaning table, hot tub, dock, sunsets views, eagles, ospreys, pelicans and dolphins were daily visitors. Don't think twice about renting this place. Great week at Eventide
We very much enjoyed the stay and the views. Loved feeling like we were staying on the water. The kitchen was well equipped and a great place to hang out when not out and about. The two porches also expanded the living area. And while the kitchen was well equipped it is probably worth mentioning a few missing essentials one would expect in a rental (like coffee filters, salt and pepper. And unfortunately when we showed the propane for grill was empty; Collins was very speedy the next day to get us a new tank which was great. Eventide
Eventide was a fantastic home with a gorgeous bay front view. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. My family and I finally spent Christmas on SGI after years of discussion and Eventide went beyond our expectations.
