We have been coming to SGI for 6 years and this is our favorite house we’ve ever stayed in! Clean, great location, perfect kitchen and it’s Beautiful!

Great house!!
We were moved to Sunkissed due to a problem with our other rental. We couldn’t have been more pleased. The house is absolutely beautiful. Beds were comfortable. Gracious living, kitchen, and pantry space. We LOVE the pool and covered downstairs space. This unit is advertised as No Pets but there was white dog hair on the furniture and in the washer and dryer. No one in our family is allergic so it wasn’t a problem. We cleaned it out of washer and dryer before we used it and cleaned it from the sofa and chairs as best we. could. Also, note that the bunk room TVs aren’t visible from the beds. Kids were a little disappointed. All in all we had a great vacation and look forward to many more at SGI!!

Great house, great location!
A group of us six money found the property to be clean and comfortable and perfect for our needs. The home was well appointed and well decorated. We couldn't have asked for a better property! Will definitely be repeat guests!

Sunkissed Property
Wonderful/ relaxing place,beautiful house inside/ out. I would recommend this place Sunkissed Property really worth the visit! Was hesitant at first due to the stairs! I didn't want to miss the opportunity, glad I decided to go! This is my first time doing this, well worth it!

The beach house property was absolutely beautiful ! I loved staying there it was so relaxing. The accommodations , amenities, beds etc were so comfortable and perfect. The pool was great, and being so close to the beach , walking everyday, sitting on the porch and pool area. This is the perfect vacation destination!!

This was our 3rd time to stay at Sunkissed. It is perfect for us. The pool under the house is quite refreshing on a hot day. We will be back! Collins Rentals are the best. Always helpful and kind.

Nice house but needs improvement
This is a very nice house but it could use some tweaking. Most importantly, the patio around the pool is extremely slippery when wet. Two members of our party fell and got hurt! The Keurig needs to be descaled and the water filter in the refrigerator needs to be replaced. We had young children and there were no safety features, like a gate at the top of the stairs or an out of reach lock on the front door. I think at the very least the description of the house needs to say it's not young child friendly. Also, the house is at a busy intersection so it's noisy 24/7, but that's no one's fault.

Memorial Day Memories 2025
A Sunkissed Getaway is just a stunning property! We are very fortunate to have been able to stay there this trip. Natalie, per usual, was very helpful in coordinating this wonderful trip. 5 stars hands down.

We rented Sunkissed for a girl’s trip and the property was beautiful! The decor, amenities and pool were wonderful! I truly enjoyed myself and loved the fact that we were steps away from the beach. I strongly recommend this rental to anyone who visits St George Island.

Perfect Spot
"Sun-kissed Getaway" property. This home is perfectly located in the heart of St. George Island, providing easy access to the beach via the boardwalk directly across the street. Its central location means that everything the island has to offer—including shops, restaurants, ice cream parlors, coffee shops, the park, and the lighthouse—is within easy walking, biking, or golf cart range. It is a wonderful setting that allows guests to access all of these local attractions without ever needing to get into a car. The house itself is lovely, well-maintained, and in excellent repair. With its modern design and updated amenities, it is truly a space you can look forward to visiting.
