Lovely place to stay. Comfortable and cozy, but plenty of room to spread out. Love the screened in porch!! Will certainly plan to return.

Hodge Podge Lodge
We like the layout, and enjoy our time there. Yet, there are several things that need attention. The mattresses on the beds dearly need replacing. The open shelves need cleaned. The dishes and especially the glassware needed to be cleaned. Under the beds and other corners and edges were not clean. The window corner of the upstairs bathroom had dust bunnies on the wall. The sink had a bit of mold on the drain. The shower door needs attention at sides and bottom for buildup. The right hand rail as you ascend the stairs is loose. The electrical cover at the top on the right of the door is rusted away in several places. We were disappointed. The inside doors and door hardware has been replaced - I believe after Hurricane Michael. That was nice.

Hodge Podge Lodge
This was our 2nd time staying at Hodge Pidge. We love it!! So comfortable and relaxing. I love the swing on the porch. Great location. We have used Collins several times with no issues.

Location! Location! Location!
We LOVED being direct beachfront and hearing the waves crashing from the screened deck or the sunny deck...even from bed. The kitchen was well stocked and the home was very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay so much, one in our grouped booked it again for her family for the future! We will be back!

We had such a beautiful and relaxing week. The house was so comfortable and cozy and fit our needs perfectly. We had a few questions about things and it was super easy to get ahold of someone to help trouble shoot. We will definitely check out Collins properties in the future!

we always have a good time staying at Hodge Podge Lodge
the space is just what we need- the location is perfect but needs some TLC the wifi was not working as set up and the curtains are pulled down from the rod the outside stair railing needs fixing

Hodgepodge Lodge
This was our second time renting this property for a two week stay. The location is ideal, right on the beach with easy access. Not a huge house, but comfortable with a large screened-in porch overlooking the beach. Perfect for morning sunrises and beach watching. The only complaint was the beds were too soft for our comfort. We don’t remember them bring that soft our first visit, so they must be new. In any event, we enjoyed our stay
