Access to this ground floor unit is through an exterior door. (Interior staircase is not for guest use.)
The ground floor kitchen is well stocked and features a stove, sink, and fridge. The living area features a sofa and large TV. The ground floor bedroom features a queen bed. The bathroom features a single vanity and standard shower/tub combo. Moving to the Second the Floor a second larger living area, kitchen, dining, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom can be found. The second living area features two sofas and a large TV. Large dining table seats 6. The galley style kitchen is well stocked and features a mixture of stainless steel and black appliances. One bedroom features a double/twin bunkbed, and the second bedroom features a queen bed. The upstairs bathroom features a single vanity and standard shower/tub combo. Outside you will find the private pool with seating to lounge or enjoy lunch pool side. A separate cooking area features both park style and gas grills and a fish cleaning station. There is also an outdoor shower. Casa Palmera features parking under the house and on the paved driveway and even has a bike rack!
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, DVD player, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, large covered porch, private pool, outdoor hot/cold enclosed shower, park style charcoal grill and gas grill, fish cleaning station. Ground level has 1 Queen bed, 1 full bath, small kitchen and living area.

Casa Palmera
This house was perfect for our family. Close beach proximity, beautiful pool, amazing outdoor grill/fish station. Sunrise and coffee on the front porch was one of my favorite moments every day. Had some minor issues with some of the stovetop burners, seems like some of the parts may not be correct as they were not fitting properly and one of the burners would not get hot. Upstairs shower drained really slow, but I imagine that is not uncommon to occur from time to time with all the sand. That said, these were very minor issues and did not take anything away from the amazing memories our family had. Already looking for our dates for next year. This is now "Our Spot"! Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
