The living room is comfortably arranged with soft and cozy furniture, perfect for reading by the stone fireplace or taking in a game on the big flat screen TV. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with abundant counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful pale aqua glass tile back splash. The modern dining room hosts 8 and the expansive kitchen bar has seating for 4. The master bedroom boasts a gorgeous platform king bed, positioned for waking up to inspiring sunrises, as well as walk in closet and spacious master bath with handsome tile work, double sinks, and a large stand alone shower. The queen guest bedroom also includes a platform bed, and the adjacent bathroom has a tub and shower combination, good for long soaks in a bath and to have for the little ones. The third bedroom nicely accommodates up to 4 with a separate twin bed and a unique triple bunk bed combination, double/twin. Amenities include ceiling fans and flat panel TVs in every room, Blu-ray players, and free high speed internet.
A lovely screened porch is just off the living room, perfect for dining out in the cool gulf breeze. The extensive decks have an updated cable railing system to expand your beach views and are appointed with comfortable lounge seating and 2 picnic tables that overlook the peaceful sunsets. Take the stairs down to the beach boardwalk with a convenient foot wash and find the private outdoor half bath and separate outdoor hot / cold shower. Beside the boardwalk is a separate patio with additional seating and a park-style charcoal grill. One dog up to 35 lbs. is welcome. No cats, please. This is a non-smoking home.
