Queen Hide a Bed
The first floor features two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed with two twin trundles, perfect for kids or additional guests, and a shared bathroom with a standard shower/tub combo. The second bedroom boasts a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tiled shower. From this level, you can enjoy the covered deck overlooking the Gulf, with stairs leading directly to the boardwalk.
The second floor has an open concept living, dining, and kitchen area, all with panoramic views of the Gulf. The kitchen is well stocked with marble counters, stainless appliances and a breakfast bar seating four. There are two dining areas: one with a table seating six and another with a table and three bar stools. The living area is furnished with a comfortable large sectional with a queen hide-a-bed and a TV. This floor also offers a covered screened dining area and a sun deck for enjoying the beautiful weather, as well as a laundry room and a half bath located off the kitchen.
The third floor is a loft-style master suite with a king bed, expansive views, and a queen hide-a-bed. The en-suite bathroom features a tiled shower.
The exterior of the home includes a private pool with a waterfall for added tranquility. Outdoor amenities include a picnic table, fish cleaning station, park style grill, Adirondack chairs and a boardwalk to the beach. Parking is convenient with a gravel driveway and under house paved parking.
As a guest of Watercolor, you'll have access to The Plantation's exclusive amenities, including two community pools, pickleball courts, tennis courts, nature trails, bike paths and a fitness center. Book your stay today and create unforgettable memories on St. George Island.

We had an incredible stay at 1224 Sandy Lane! The home was spotless, comfortable, and perfectly set up for a relaxing family trip. We brought our 10-week-old baby and our dog, and it couldn’t have been more welcoming. The private boardwalk to the beach was such a luxury - it made every morning walk and evening sunset feel effortless and peaceful. We explored just about all the local spots on St. George Island and loved every bit of it - especially the amazing seafood, live music, and laid-back island vibe. The kitchen had everything we needed for a few home-cooked meals, and the outdoor spaces were perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun. This was the perfect spot for our first trip as a family, and we can’t recommend it highly enough. Views can’t be beat! Best house on SGI
Stayed here over the weekend and this house was the most lovely beach house! The beds were comfortable, even the couch is cozy to sleep on. Beautiful sunset views from the balcony. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach. I had the best time staying here with friends! The house had everything we needed in the kitchen. There’s a soundbar in the living room you can play your own music with great sound quality in the house. Nancy's Watercolor was Wonderful
