The third queen bedroom also enjoys peaceful outdoor views and opens onto a separate porch, a private walk-out veranda overlooking a protected natural area with an osprey nest nearby.

Additional features include a full laundry room, Smart TVs, and dedicated high-speed internet with Wi-Fi that easily supports streaming movies, video calls, and remote work or webinars. Generous parking is available beneath the home for added convenience.

Outdoor living is a defining feature of Tween Waters. The expansive covered porch is ideal for year-round enjoyment, perfect for morning coffee, sunset views over the bay, wildlife watching, or simply unwinding in the coastal breeze. For easy beach access, the owners have recently created a private path to Leisure Lane, shortening the walk to a quick 3 minutes and providing convenient access to the Casa Del Mar beach boardwalk.
