House was perfect for our yearly vacation to SGI. The view was spectacular . Furniture could use a little updates, but other than it was great! Highly recommend!

Family Summer Getaway
This was our 2nd time to St.George Island and our second time to stay with Collins rentals. From the first call to reserve a property large enough for our family to the check in and check out the staff of Collins was extremely helpful and always friendly. We stayed in Trade Winds which was a beautiful house with extraordinary views and wonderful access to the beach. It is a 3story house so if you have trouble with stairs make sure to add the Elevator to your reservation as it made things much more convenient throughout our stay. Appreciate all the assistance from the staff. Always curious and quick to respond to our questions and needs. Can’t wait until our next Family getaway!

Family vacation
We had a great time ,my siblings, husband , kids . We love the lay out of your home it worked great for us. The only thing we worried about were the big windows n sliding door on the top level ( no curtains or blinds to hide the lights from the Turtles) we just turned the lights off that were close and left the farthest lights on. Last year we came to the Island in honor of my dad and step mom they have been going there for over 30 yrs . We had so much fun we want to continue the tradition. We also has a female or male Cardinal visit every morning so I think my dad and step mom agree. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home

Perfect fit for our 2 families. Great location and layout, house is well supplied and the continued updates keep the house feeling fresh and new.

Trade Winds
We had a wonderful time. The house was comfortable and everything was clean. All the appliances was working except the ice maker down stairs. The elevator only worked for us one time when we checked in. They did come to check on it on Friday before we left and explained in detail how to operate it. This was the second time we had stayed there and will try to use it again in the future.

Making Memories
Hi, my family and I have been vacationing at Trade winds for a few years and have been trying to figure out how to let the owner of this place how much our time together there ment to us. My Step mom ( her side) and my dad have been vacationing on the Island for over 30 years. Sadly 5 years ago my step mom passed them a month later my dad passed. So in honor of them my siblings, kids , my husband and I decided to go on vacation on the Island. We enjoyed the time together that we have kept it going every year and every year we see a female and male cardinals on our porch every year so far. Thank you so much sharing your beautiful home with us. This year will my grandsons first time. Looking forward to making more memories. God bless this place I hope the owner sees this Thank you
