What A Great Beach House
Our family have rented many different properties over the years but The Beach House stands out as our favorite. A quality property in tip top condition with a perfect East End beachfront location. We had great weather, enjoying the gulf waters, the pool, the beach and the large porch overlooking the wide expansive beach. Best Place
We gather as a family to enjoy the beach and this is by far the best property we have visited. The house is well maintained, beautiful decorated, well stocked kitchen and excellent floor plan. The open great room was wonderful for everyone to gather, the pool was a great place to land after a day on the beach. The location on the island is quiet and peaceful and beach is close to the deck. Perfection
Our 4th stay at "our" Beach House and hope for many more. We love this house as much as the first time we stayed; it it truly Beach House perfection and we're delighted to see it in just as great condition as the first time we stayed. Wonderful home
We have been renting in SGI for years and The Beach House is our new favorite accommodation on the island. We loved the spacious one level living, the large pool, and we especially enjoyed having the beach basically at our back door. Just a few steps down and we were there. Very well thought out home. Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
