Ground level area only accessible by separate ground level entry that is accessed by the exterior stairs. Extensive outdoor entertaining area under house with outdoor kitchen and TV, Bluetooth enabled indoor/outdoor speakers,washer and dryer, charcoal grill, swing bed, 8 person hot tub, enclosed hot/cold outdoor shower, under house concrete parking, fish cleaning station.
PET FRIENDLY: 2 dogs only under 35 lbs. each A $75 Non-Refundable Pet Fee is required per dog.

Amazing House!!
Every feature of this house was superb! It is well equipped and the floor plan is perfect. GREAT location and easy, private boardwalk. Renter
The location is great. The property generally is in good repair. However it is looking a bit tired and in need of some paint and deep cleaning. The couch is filthy and the grounds are unkept. No good reading light. When we first arrived several drains were very slow to empty and there was not an adequate supply of silverware. Temptation Island
We have been coming to St. George Island for several years now and this was our second state at this beautiful home and we love it! The location, decor and furnishings are perfect! The mattresses could use an upgrade and would love ceiling fans in outside areas, but other than that it is perfect! The bed swing outside with the sound of the waves is the perfect napping spot! We enjoyed the hottub during the rain while looking out at the ocean. The stereo system for inside and out is wonderful while preparing dinner! Another Great Time by Using Collins Vacation Rentals
Temptation Island has a unique ground level patio! With a hot tub, bed swing, ample seating and dining area. It has a fish cleaning area, wet bar setup and tv viewing area. It has an outside privacy shower located at the bottom of the stairs. The fifth bedroom is there also. It has a fridge, laundry room and nice shower area. You have to go up the outside stairs to get into the main house. It is unique but worked out well. Overall the house has been maintained fairly well. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
