Surfside Home away from home
Once again we had a great stay at Surfside. We noticed many upgrades since last year including new furniture in the living room, new Keurig coffee pot and new silver wear. Collins responded rapidly to a couple of maintenance issues. This house has been our winter home for more than a decade. We have plenty of comfortable sleeping space when family visits which have become an annual tradition. Thank you to the owners and to Collins staff.

Another wonderful stay!
We believe that this is the eleventh year we have stayed at Surfside! Every year the owners do updates and maintenance. Some things easy to see, like new bathrooms, etc. Other things like new hvac, are not as noticeable, but appreciated. Collins does a great job with this home, although we never had a need for any maintenance in two months. The feature of this home that we love the most is the wonderful porch overlooking the gulf. There is almost always a place to be in or out of the sun and the wind. We think of it often in the ten months we are gone from here, and hope that we can return for many more years.

Surfside
A true gem of a dog friendly beachfront house in a great location with three spacious master suites, one kid's room and decks on two levels. We can highly recommend this wonderful home.

Surfside
The size and layout of the house was perfect for our group of 9, including an infant. Great location on the beach. We also made use of the clubhouse pool and the running and bike trails in the Plantation.

Beautiful home and view
Home has a wonderful layout for our family and nothing beats being beachfront! Love the updates in two of the bathrooms and the new boardwalk to the beach. We've already booked for next year!

Beach Days
Booked this home as the previous home we had booked at Collins Vacations had the Air Conditioning Unit go out on us. Nice Spacious Home. Plenty of Spacious Room. Great Location directly on the beach. Reported several issues to rental company when we departed hopefully they fixed them. Make sure you wear flip flops or shoes to the beach as some of the board walk boards are loose and some screw heads were sticking up. We also killed several large looking type roaches downstairs in the house we also saw several that had died. Figured it was typical for Florida. Coffee Maker is extremely very slow to brew a pot of coffee. Nice place to clean fish under the house but we did catch anything worth keeping. Also, has a outside shower.

Fantastic!
This was the second time for us staying in this house. We love it! Such an easy walk to the beach with only a few stairs. Love the decks and spaciousness of the layout. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place for families with small children
Had a wonderful time during our stay at Surfside exploring the beach, playing in the waves, and using the community pool. Twin beds, practical furnishings, bathrooms with tubs, covered deck and large dining room table made it great for our family. Only problem was a refrigerator that didn’t keep ice cream well frozen, but that’s an easy fix.

Home away from home
We have enjoyed this house for many years. We truly appreciate the upgrades and attention to maintenance from the owners. Collins Vacation Rentals is quick to address anything that comes up during our stay. The house is perfect for visits from friends and family, with private bedroom and bathrooms for everyone. The number one feature is the large porch overlooking and leading to a beautiful beach on the Gulf of Mexico. A perfect spot to enjoy sun and moon rises.
