Relaxation at its Finest
This is the one place that you can unwind with no worries. Staff from Collins were fabulous at navigating various tasks throughout my two months stay. The clubhouse is wonderful and just a short walk away. The beach is amazing and I had it to myself almost every morning. Lovely House!
This is such a lovely house! The owners have really put some special touches. Love the area, and how close the beach is. Would love to come back time and time again! The people in this area are super friendly too! Eat the peanut butter and jelly burger at Harry A's! Cant wait to come back!

Sunshine and Whiskey
Sunshine and Whiskey was such a lovely home to stay in here at SGI. My family has been coming to the island every summer for the last 35 years. When they started coming here with friends i was very young. Now my sisters and i come back every summer and bring our children. This place is very special to us. We have tried several houses over the last decade and i want you to know that Sunshine and Whiskey was wonderful and so well taken care of! We would love to stay here again sometime! Maybe next summer!

Great location!!
Beautiful home in a beautiful place!!! 5 minute walk to the beach. Lots of walking and biking trails through the neighborhood. Pool in the backyard was a blast. The neighborhood is quiet and very kid friendly. More than enough room for 4 adults 4 kids and an infant. Great Stay
We had such a great stay that we are doing again very soon. The house was spectacular. Walking distance to the beach, walking distance to intercostal. Pool was awesome and relaxing. Can't say enough. Took a party of 7, very comfortable accommodations and we all had a blast. Kitchen was fully stocked and we needed nothing. We cooked a great meal after fishing in Carabelle. My first vacation in 8 years! What a wonderful experience! I met new friends, and got to know more about my friends. The southern hospitality of this home is so welcoming. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to experience "Sunshine and Whiskey!" Every sunrise seemed more beautiful than the day before. I will never forget the walks to the beach. It was the most amazing beach views i had ever seen! Your home is wonderful! Thank you again.

Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
