This house has access to the Sunset Beach Clubhouse with heated community pool and tennis courts.

AMENITIES:Multiple TVs, gorgeous well-appointed kitchen with granite countertops, stainless appliances, two dishwashers, laundry room with washer and dryer, living room has separate bar area with ice machine, top level beachside master suite has a private sitting room with sofa, wet bar with beverage center, tile floors throughout main living spaces, carpet in bedrooms, elevator services all floors, large covered porches, gas grill, outdoor enclosed shower, under house concrete parking, shared boardwalk to beach.

SUNSET BEACH COMMUNITY POOL (The target heating for the pool in the winter months is 85 degrees. The only time the pool will not open is if the ambient temperature is 55 degrees or below.)

SUNSET BEACH AMENITIES include tennis, pickleball and basketball courts.

PET FRIENDLY (2 Dogs Only, Under 35 lbs. each. A $75 Non-refundable pet fee is required per dog.)
