Cozy smaller house
Starboard is a smaller cozy house with a nice veiw of the ocean. The pool was nice to use after spending time on the beach. We didn't use the hot tub,which would be nice to use on cooler days. We enjoyed having our coffee on the deck in the mornings listening to the birds and ocean and just as nice at night relaxing with drinks. Charming beach house
Starboard house is charming and cozy. It was great for our small family. It is one of the few remaining homes that hasn’t gotten a full blown renovation and still remains true to “old” SGI beach house style. With that said, there are some difficulties to navigate. The kitchen is small. The upstairs shower is tiny, and the downstairs parking area does not leave much room for moving around if you park underneath the house. The pool was nice and being right across the street from the beach was really nice. The house was clean and tidy upon arrival and CVR was speedy quick to send out maintenance when we had an issue with a slow draining sink and a gurgling pool needing more water. Starboard
Starboard was overall a great place to stay on vacation. There are two public beach access points within easy walking distance. The house was a bit small for us but we were a large group with a toddler and two dogs. If you have a smaller group it would probably be perfectly cozy. The house was overall well maintained and clean.
