The open concept living area features an electric fireplace and is comfortably arranged for your enjoyment to just relax and enjoy looking out into the beautiful sea blue water of the ocean or to entertain your family with breakfast watching the sunrise. The kitchen has abundant counter space, stainless steel appliances, and a beautiful aqua glass tile back splash. The modern dining room hosts 8 and the expansive kitchen bar has seating for 4. The master bedroom boasts an elegant platform king bed, perfect room for waking up to inspiring sunrises, a spacious master bath with beautiful dark grey tile, double sinks, and a large stand alone shower. The queen guest bedroom also includes a stylish platform bed, and the adjacent bathroom is nicely tiled with a tub and shower combination, good for those long soaks and for the little ones. The third bedroom nicely accommodates up to 4 with a separate twin bed and a unique triple bunk bed combination, double/twin.
There is a screened porch just off the living room, perfect for dining out in the cool gulf breeze. The extensive decks have a cable railing system which allows you to have those uninterrupted beautiful beach views while you leisurely lounge. When you are ready for your day of fun at the beach your family will use their own private boardwalk located just a few steps away with a convenient outdoor foot wash. For your convenience you will also find privately tucked away under the home an enclosed outdoor half bath with a separate outdoor hot/cold shower. Also, dont forget those wonderful afternoon cookouts and gatherings there is a ground level patio area with a park-style charcoal grill located nearby so you can still see and hear the sounds of the beach.

Great location, right on the beach. Great views from the windows and doors with a spacious deck that wraps around the house. We had a crew of 7 plus our Labrador Retriever and there was plenty of room. TV remote in master bed did not work. Wow!!
We’ve been coming to St George since 1980, and have stayed in many houses and condos and Sol Seaker is as nice as any we’ve stayed in!! Very updated, comfortable and extremely functional! Very good value!! We WILL stay here again!!- Anonymous U , Posted: 07/09/2021
Sol Seaker vacation
We had a great time! The house was wonderful! The master bedroom suite could use another air vent, but it was not a big deal. It was perfect for 4 adults and 2 or 3 kids. The outdoor toilet and shower were a nice feature. The house is the first Plantation house on the beach and is next to the public access. So that was a bit different from what we were used to, but not bad. It actually gave the kids more people of their own age to be around. Be sure to get some red-light flashlights (turtle friendly) so that you can walk along the beach at night with the kids. Sol Seeker
We had a great time. House is very comfortable with great views. Used the screened in room everyday for lunch and to play board games. Fishing in front of the house was much better than at Sikes Cut and we like the fact that you walked out the back door and a few steps on the beach. One recommendation I would make is to have instructions on the TVs service and to get rid of the extra remotes. There is around 15 of them for 4 TVs it took a while to figure out what with the living room tv. One last thing - dealing with Collins Vacation rental company was a dream. The associates were friendly and very helpful and the process of renting was easy. Thank you. What an Amazing View
We love the view from the expansive great room in Sol Seaker. The wide beach is right outside a huge deck with uninterrupted views of the beach and gulf. The people and dog watching is very entertaining, and the dolphins cruise by twice daily. It is next to the 12th Street beach access, so has some extra visitors on weekends, but plenty of beach for all. Wonderful walking trails and streets in the Plantation. Some aspects of the home are a bit dated (floors, cabinets), but the view makes up for it.
