The property was beautiful, well stocked with cooking pots, utensils, etc., we cooked in every night and was able to find everything needed. We did have a problem the last night as the air conditioning did not work, it broke about 9pm and maintenance could not get someone until 12am, which was too late. Property well maintained and gorgeous. The basement worked out great for my son, wife and 3 children, only one negative, double bed was too small for two adults, hope the owners would consider changing to a queen bed. I’m already booked for next year.

Sea Watch
We had the pleasure of staying at Sea Watch for our family vacation! The owners clearly went above and beyond to have a lot of extra amenities (movies, games, puzzles, plenty of kitchen dishes) and the house fit our needs perfectly. The view is fantastic. While we had a few issues (kitchen chairs broken, hidden door very difficult to maneuver and was broken upon arrival) maintenance was very prompt at resolving the issues as much as they could. Although we didn't get to use them, during our stay new chairs arrived for the next occupant. The washing machine struggled to spin even small loads - hopefully they can replace/repair it. These were minor things that didn't spoil our stay - we loved it and had a great time. We look forward to staying again - best beach hands down! View from the porch swing is stellar!

Sea Watch property in the Plantation

Our visit to SGI ... again!
The home was really spacious and nice, and was pretty well equipped with dishes, etc. Our family loved being right on the beach. Our time on the island was really fun. We appreciate the owners sharing their home with us.

Beautifully Done
I suspect we were among the first guests after this property was completely renovated and updated. It shows and lives beautifully. Very nicely decorated and well stocked. Plus great location. Highly recommended!
