We enjoyed our stay at this house. Great location to the restaurants and shopping. However it would have been nice to been given notice that a pest control visit was happening so we were not shocked when he unexpectedly. Needs TLC & Deep Clean
Sangria Sunrise is in a wonderful location and right on the beach, within walking distance of shops, lighthouse, and restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked and had all the plates, pots, and utensils we needed. Appliances were nice. The house needs a serious deep clean and some TLC. Furnishings in living area were decent, beds were okay, pillows were awful. Master bath needs some attention - tub would not drain no matter what we did. Decks, patio furniture and walkway to beach need some attention. We would stay on SGI again, but probably not at Sangria Sunrise. Great Views!
This was our first trip to St. George and we loved it! The house was clean, but it needs a little TLC. The dishwasher is horrible and the boardwalk to the beach is in dire need of replacing. However, overall the house was nice. I love the location, and I know these rentals take a beating. One thing I wished was different (but it was not a deal break) was that the loft bedroom is not enclosed for privacy. The only thing that was really bad was the dishwasher. This needs to be replaced. The dishes would only get clean if you used the "heavy cycle". This is a waste of water and electricity. I love the living room set up (plenty of seating). So many beach homes claim to "sleep 10 people or 8 people" and then only have seating for 4 or 5 in the living area. This home had plenty of seating and the view outside was fantastic! You also need to put some sort of step stool to get into the hot tub. I would have loved to use the hot tub, but my short legs would not allow me to get into it. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
