Top floor includes kitchen with Keurig coffee maker, dining, main living, sleeper sofa, King bedroom w/full bath, half bath, and large open deck. The first floor has an additional family room with sleeper sofa, 1 King bedroom w/full bath, 1 Queen bedroom, 1 bedroom with 1 Twin over Queen bunk and a pull-out, Laundry with washer and dryer, a large, covered deck, Private pool with pool deck and outdoor lounge furniture, a private boardwalk to beach, outdoor enclosed hot/cold shower, fish cleaning table, park-style charcoal grill. This tall house sits on a large lot with plenty of parking including under-house concrete parking suitable for boats.

Rock Lobster stay
We had a GREAT stay at Rock Lobster. Been to SGI many times and this was by far the best home, location, beach view. Great Property
We have been vacationing on St. George Island for over 20 years. Every property we have ever rented has always been classified as Beachfront, until this year when we rented Rock Lobster. It was closer and more easily accessible to the beach, and had a better beach view than many we have rented. In addition, it was furnished nicer, and had better kitchen equipment and appliances than any place we have rented, including several that were much more expensive. SGI: don’t tell too many people how great it is
Returned to SGI this May. I’ve been coming for nearly 50 years. As a teen with my parents, later with my young children, and now with various in-laws who have come to love the laid back peace and quiet of this beach. For three years now we’ve rented Rock Lobster. Beautiful views of the ocean, lovely pool, private beach boardwalk and well-appointed kitchen. We noted updates from last year, like the propane grill. We called and reserved our regular post Kentucky Derby week for 2026 before we left. If you know enough to read this review, you are already a SGI fan. Christmas 2024 on the beach!
Amazing house with everything you need to have a great time. We had 4 adults and 4 kids (ages 10 to 13) and the heated pool was so great this time of year. Christmas Eve we had a bonfire on the beach and Christmas morning we opened our presents in the sand. Really good restaurants on island (Blue Parrot & Paddy's were our favorites) and fun things to do with the kids. This is our 12th year(we think) lol of staying in Rock Lobster, previously named Isla Indigo. The new owners have done some great improvements! It’s a fantastic house with great location. Rock Lobster Rocks!
We loved out stay at Rock Lobster on SGI! This was a special getaway for our family to celebrate the 60th Wedding Anniversary of my in-laws and SGI did not disappoint. The house was wonderfully maintained and super clean. There was everything we could need to cook. The cleaning and linen service prices were super reasonable! Loved Rock Lobster
Great view from either level. Beautiful house, and very well equipped. We would have continued renting but the owners pulled it from the market for winters so we were left without a place. Couldn’t have been better!
Loved the updates to Rock Lobster. Shades and new comfortable furniture in the living room. Half bath takes pressure off my bath en-suite on second floor! Kitchen well equipped for this cooking group of six. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
