Gorgeous Sun Rises
Great house, gorgeous sun rises, comfortable beds, great air conditioning. House has all the kitchen items you would need. Pool is incredible, deck is so comfortable and has great views of the sunrise. Hot tub is a great place to view the stars at night. Rental company was friendly and professional. We will stay again. Excellent Week!
A beautiful property on a beautiful beach! The house is clean, nicely furnished with everything you could possibly need to feel at home. We enjoyed dolphins in the morning and starry skies at night from the hot tub on the elevated deck which was serviced every few days to keep it clean. The pool was a big hit with all especially our grandsons. Close to town by foot, bike or rented golf car. Our golden doodle was welcome in the house, on the beach and on most restaurant patios. Great house!
We loved One Fish Two Fish! Proximity to all things SGI was amazing. The home was clean and had everything we needed. The pool and screened area were perfect for our baby. We enjoyed the pool table, grill and hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Love this house!
This was our second time to stay at One Fish Two Fish. We love the pool, the hot tub, the screened area under the house, the nice grill and being so close to the Blue Parrot! Great location!
We loved this beach house and its location. Walking distance to Webers donuts, shops, coffee & ice cream. The screened in downstairs with the extra play area, grilling, sink and pool table were perfect to get away from the sun & bugs. The pool was really nice just to switch it up from the beach & sand. Collins was great and very responsive. When we got there, the ice maker didn’t work and they had that replaced the next day. The TV in the bunk room didn’t work (no cords to plug in) and they were ordering a new one. It wasn’t replaced while we were there but I’m sure the next renter will have that working for their kids/family. Beautiful Home
On are recent stay we found the home beautifully decorated and comfortable. The 2 main bedrooms have amazing views from the beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the necessities needed if you wanted to cook. Downstairs under the house is a great area screened in to hang out and with a lot of sitting and a large grill, pool table and games. The pool is a great option to use. The upper deck had plenty of sitting and a hot tub. We watched dolphins cruise by everyday. PERFECT location
We had a wonderful time at One Fish Two Fish! It was a PERFECT location and the home has everything you need. The hot tub and pool table were added bonuses. It was a bit chilly in the mornings and evenings so it was perfect to watch the sunrise & sunset while keeping warm. The kitchen & dining areas are very welcoming & the bedrooms are nice and cozy. The home has all the things you may need especially for cooking & having drinks (wine & martinis) with proper glassware. :-) Beds are cozy & the deck is fantastic! We would definitely stay at One Fish Two Fish again! A couple of things for RVP to take note of: It would be nice to have extra blankets in the house as it was very chilly at night & early mornings. We have stayed in a few others homes where they have lots of extra blankets in the closets for guest use. The ice maker is extremely loud and woke us up almost every night. (master BR side) There are no `felt tips` on the pool sticks & we LOVE playing pool so it was almost impossible to have a decent game. The MBR bathroom - the water leaks out of the shower through the slit in the glass (between door & frame) so a lot of water spills out and can settle behind the toilet. It is already getting black/mildew. We cleaned up after each shower but the door most definitely needs a new seal to prevent any further leaking. The box springs are extremely loud so every time you move in bed you wake up or your partner does. (not sure if this is a result of being near the salt water as a few others homes we stayed in had the same issue.) It is quite irritating in all honesty. Just wanted to share this feedback with you. :-) This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy.
