Throughout the home you will find new tile flooring. The elegant primary bathroom features a double sink vanity and grab bars.
Step outside and enjoy the coastal lifestyle. The lower, covered deck offers an extra relaxing area which includes two handcrafted cypress benches. A fish cleaning station with running water is also located on the lower deck. Two beachfront sundecks provide stunning views of the ocean where one can watch dolphins, coastal birds and spectacular Gulf sunsets.
Additional amenities include two separate HVAC systems for independent climate control on each floor, along with books and games for a relaxing evening. USB charging outlets are built into outlets.
As an end unit, this townhouse offers easy access to the community's two swimming pools and charcoal grilling areas. Best of all, the white sands of the Gulf are just steps away, giving you effortless access to the beach.
With modern updates, thoughtful amenities and an unbeatable beachfront location, this townhome is the perfect place to relax, recharge and enjoy the sand and surf. The unit is also just a short walk to the entrance of the state park.

Great week on St George at G-6

Perfect!
Ocean Mile G-6 was perfect for our family trip. There was plenty of kitchenware for cooking meals and we loved the private storage area underneath the unit for storing all our beach gear. Being so close to the beach made it so easy for restroom breaks and stopping for lunch. Loved that all three bedrooms had their own bathrooms. WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. THE POOL WAS GREAT AND VERY CLOSE TO THE BEACH( WHICH WAS THE BEST). THE TOWNHOUSE WAS VERY ACCOMADATING AND BIG ENOUGH FOR A FAMILY OF 4. Ocean Mile G-6
The unit we stayed in was soooo close to the beach and pool. It was the best location for the best price. Every bedroom had it's own bathroom, which is nice when vacationing with other families. The refrigerator went out the day before our last day and they were not able to fix it before we left, but they brought us a gigantic cooler and provided ice whenever we needed it delivered and gave us a credit for lost food. So close to the ocean
We enjoyed our beachfront getaway. Watching the ocean roll in and out from the comfortable chairs on the deck is so relaxing. We slept like babies in the master bedroom . Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
