Community Pool
The kitchen, dining, living and half bath are located on the 1st level and with fantastic views of the community pool! The large master suite with a king bed is located on the top floor with its own private deck. A bunk room is conveniently located off the Master bedroom with a single bunk bed and the guest bedroom with a queen bed is located on the 2nd level with a full bath off the hallway. This lovely unit sits directly in front of the Community Pool and has a wonderful unobstructed view of the gulf from the decks!
OCEAN MILE D-5 has all the comforts to make the vacation for your family outstanding!
AMENITIES: Multiple TVs, large well-appointed kitchen, washer and dryer, tile floors throughout kitchen, solid surface flooring throughout most of town home, sun deck, covered deck, park style charcoal grills in designated grilling area, boardwalk to community pool and beach, concrete parking under unit.

Ocean Mile #D5
Dishes & silverware were all dirty, with old food stuck on it. Screen door is off the track. Floors, especially under things need to be vacuumed badly. No instructions left about how to use TVs. The Blands from Georgia
We visited the Island in November and loved it. Little chilly in am but perfect in the afternoon. We loved our trip. The beaches are beautiful and our dog loves coming with us too. It would be extremely helpful if there were hooks in the master bathroom for towels. The light in the hall by the guest bedroom is extremely dim. Please replace. The staff at Collins was always courteous and helpful. Wonderful place to stay

Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).

Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
