Great Place

The house was clean and well stocked w/ everything you would need for a beach vacation...loved the screened in porch and the deck was huge for sun soaking.....we didnt use the pool but suprisingly in December had a handful of days that it looked very inviting....best part over all? Great place!
Latitude 29 was a great property! Well stocked kitchen! Home was comfortable for our party of 5 adults. Loved the screened in portion of the deck. The deck was spacious and well kept! The pool was wonderful. My wife's family has been visiting the island for 45+ years and this was the first fall trip. We had an incredible time and Latitude 29 was perfect for our stay. We loved our stay at Latitude 29! It was a great house and Collins provided nice starter necessities. The house was clean and cozy! Latitude 29 had plenty of cookware, too. We enjoyed fishing, the beautiful beach, and relaxing in the pool. We just completed our second stay at Latitude 29 and absolutely love this home. It is in a perfect location. There is a walking path directly to the beach. The house is located on the 3rd row of homes from the beach. You can see and hear the ocean from the HUGE deck on the rear of the house. There is also a screened-in porch area with eating area which is perfect for breakfast. The plunge pool is great for an evening dip after spending the day at the beach. Open floor plan allows plenty of family time while cooking, eating, and relaxing inside. We love this home and highly recommend it!- Anonymous U , Posted: 07/18/2021

Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
For reservations booked within 30 days of arrival: You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties on the same day of the booking. Please note: after your booking date, we cannot refund your rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same dates. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
