The house was great! This is a nice layout for two couples as each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. The house was very clean and it looks like the kitchen was recently remodeled. I think more kitchen utensils are needed such as a good wine opener and large spatulas etc. There is no pantry for food storage so we moved some of the dishes around so we could put cereal boxes, etc. in the kichen cabinets. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife in the pond: egrets, heron, songbirds and a young bald eagle! The screened in porch is a must have feature on the Bay side. Nice and quiet as well.

La Fiesta
It was fun staying in this home since we stayed in it the first time we rented in the Plantation almost 25 years ago. We had a wonderful time and all was great at the house. We did have trouble locking the sliders on the tv end of the family room, and the toilet in the “blue” bedroom ran constantly unless adjusted. Loved the way it had been updated since our stay many years ago. We enjoy coming back to SGI as often as possible. Our favorite place!

Beautiful updated bay front home!
Loved our stay at La Fiesta! Updated inside it feels quite fresh and new with the new white paint, wonderful kitchen, and new furniture. The new boardwalk to the bay is fantastic - we used it everyday for sunrise views (ok not exactly looking at the sunrise but you see the colors quite nicely…) and absolutely stunning sunset views! If you are a fisher person and have your own boat, this is truly an ideal rental. We loved watching the egrets in the marshes next to the boardwalk! The pool is nice albeit we didn’t use it as the weather was a bit too cold for any pool…. Proximity to the beach is excellent - we rode our bikes a short distance. Access to clubhouse pool is nice as well. Overall, highly recommend La Fiesta!
