Girls trip!
We stayed at Island Breeze for a girls’ trip and couldn’t have been more impressed with our accommodations. Especially, since there were 9 of us. When we booked the trip, we didn’t realize the new pool would be ready. We are so thankful it was there. We had a couple days of riptide warnings and my daughters and their friends spent most of the time in the pool. I enjoyed the proximity of the beach to the screened in porch, where I could sit and watch the sunrise. Incredible property
The beautiful drive down St. George Island still didn’t prepare us for how beautiful the Island Breeze home is. From the beautifully decorated interior to the breathtaking view of the beach and oven from the massive screened porch, it was the most beautiful place we have stayed. Dolphins dancing at Island Breeze
This place is absolutely beautiful inside and of course, outside. I would give ten stars for how clean and well stocked with amenities the place is if I could. More exceptional qualities: -The VIEWS! We have stayed at St. George Island several times. This was by far the best vacation home we have rented. The house is absolutely beautiful with all amenities included. It is so close to the beach that your can sit on the deck and talk to family members that are by the shore. We can't wait to go back! Island Breeze
Loved our stay at this beautiful beachfront home! The house is beautifully decorated and spacious, with plenty of room for our group of six adults and a toddler. The large screened porch overlooking the private beach offered stunning views and was the perfect setting for morning coffee, listening to the waves and watching dolphins. Perfect Beach Paradise!!!
If you are looking to get away from the beach crowd and get your own private beach on St. George Island, then Island Breeze is your place. It has a spacious layout perfect for large groups or families. The upstairs bedrooms on the 3rd level each have their own private balconies, which was really nice. I enjoyed listening to the ocean waves at night or watching the dolphins play on the screened back porch during the day. If you are wanting a break from the beach sand, there is also a pool that you can relax by. The owners are also really great and easy to work with. Island Breeze - Great home!
The location in the Plantation was great and private. The fact it was dog-friendly is why we chose it. It is really upscale and we all loved everything about it. The large master on the main floor was a plus as well. the wifi did not work but the management company give us a hot spot that was perfect for our stay. Family Vaca!
Island Breeze was perfect for our family vacation with plenty of large bedrooms, each w/ it's own bathroom. This huge house sits so close to the ocean on a very quiet beautiful beach w a pool, screened in porch for sitting and eating, and a huge common area and kitchen for gathering. We saw dolphins every day and only had to walk a few steps to sit on the beach and search for shells. The time of year we went was so quiet in the Plantation, we felt like we were on our own island! This was such a beautiful house and the beach access was amazing. Kids room had queen/king size bunk beds with an additional slide out bed. You can leave the back doors open and just listen to the ocean from almost anywhere inside the house. Relaxation at its best!!
If by laboring, you mean, sitting on the porch, listening to the waves, taking long walks on the beach and sleeping in, then yes, we labored very hard on Labor Day weekend at the island breeze in Saint George plantation! It was a fabulous stay surrounded by beautiful natural woods, you felt so tucked away from it all but a short four minute drive back onto the main strip of the island where we discovered so many little shops and places to eat and things to do. Quick drive over to Apalachicola for the best fresh seafood, and oysters not to mention shopping again! You won’t be disappointed with your stay at this beautiful location. Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Posted: 07/01/2024A:For reservations booked in advance (greater than 30 days prior to arrival): You may cancel, change dates, or switch properties within seven (7) days of the contract date with no penalty. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.

Refunds will be issued in the same form the payment was made. Please note: credit card refunds will be issued to the same card the payment was received (including gift cards).
Your reservation will be cancelled if you fail to arrive within 24 hours of arrival date, unless you have notified our office previously. Guests with Travel Protection Insurance will be directed to contact their insurer. Please note: Collins Vacation Rentals does not refund or reschedule for weather events.
