This was our third visit to St. George and our first time staying at In Turtle Time. The home was beautifully decorated and the perfect size for our family of 5. The king bed was comfortable with a memory foam mattress topper, the appliances in the kitchen and washer/dryer were all up to date and kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you'd need for making all meals. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the deck that did not have a cover to it because we were able to lay in the lounge chairs at night and see all the wonderful stars in the sky. There was also a beach path directly from the property so no walking in the street to get to the beach. Q: CANCELLATION AND RESERVATION CHANGES- Staff S. Please note: after the seven (7) days, we cannot refund your advance rental payment unless equivalent revenue is generated from another rental customer for the same time period. When your reservation is confirmed, any cancellation, date or property changes will be subject to this policy. If the property re-rents and generates the equivalent revenue, we will refund your advance rental payment, minus a Cancellation Fee of 10% of the published rate.
