Great house
We always love our time on St. George. The house is well appointed. We loved the yard for our dogs. It’s one of the few properties we’ve stayed at with a fenced in yard.

Bright clean and peaceful

The house was beautiful, clean and decorated nicely. It had all the comforts of home, like night lights, hair dryers and other nice touches like, lots of additional pillows and blankets. There were plenty of towels, washcloths and plenty beach towels to use. The kitchen was equipped with quality cookware and stocked full of the necessary utensils to prepare a nourishing meal. The grill setup was nice with a convenient picnic table beside it, to enable eating as soon as food is pulled off the grill. The fire pit was enjoyable to relax and unwind after a day on the beach. The fenced in yard is helpful for containing pets or young children. The house has all new windows and nice new sliding glass doors to get onto the deck and screened porch. There was more than enough seating on the decks and the screened in porch. There was always a spot to sit, outside, secluded, if you needed a few minutes alone. A very nice shaded seating are in case you needed a break from the sun and heat. The swimming pool was a nice added bonus for the whole family to enjoy, with an outdoor shower. The master bedroom had a lovely oversized chair which was nice for watching tv, reading, relaxing, and allowing parents some alone time after kids have gone to bed. The house has a convenient location to the public beach access. This is a nice quiet area, uncrowded, and a beautiful clean beach. Stay here, you wont regret it!

Beautiful Home!!
The home is so beautifully decorated - beachy, fun, and light. PLENTY of linens (sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, wash cloths) and the kitchen has all the needed ware! A lot of outdoor sitting areas for both social and quiet time and the pool a huge plus!! Sadly we were there during the rain but still able to enjoy the house, the BBQ, the pool and the town! A few hiccups but the team was quick to respond and very communicative! Will definitely come back!!!

Here comes the sun is amazing
This was our second time to SGI and here comes the sun. We love this house. Everything from the location to the decor. We love that the home and Island are so pet friendly!

wonderful vacation home!

we absolutely loved our stay at Here Comes The Sun! the kitchen was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever had at a vacation rental! super comfortable beds! perfect for kids, big and small! very nice and clean! we will definitely be back!! the on thing, is maybe spray for ants around the pool, other than that, perfect!!

The BEST!
We enjoyed everything about our stay at Here Comes The Sun! The location was great, a quiet place right by the beach boardwalk- you can see the ocean and hear the waves at night. The house was perfect for our group of 6-8, plenty of room and the house was clean and comfy. The kitchen has every kitchen pot, pan, or utensil and then some! There was even an oyster shucking knife, which we put to good use and chargrilled our own on the gas grill. There are so many outside seating options- on the screened porch, on the front or back decks, by the pool, or the shaded ground floor seating area under the deck- and the furniture was top notch. The pool was amazing, we walked on the beach every day but spent ALL of our swim and soak time in or by the pool plus the firepit was perfect for evenings outside. Did I mention it was dog friendly? Because it's very dog friendly- from feeding bowls, to crates, to a large fenced yard. Our furry friend is small so he didn't want to stay outside but I saw so many big dogs and their owners around the island that would have loved a place like this. If you're a pet person, this is the place for you! What else can I say? We loved it so much we booked another week before we left!

Breathtaking
This was our first time to stay in this area. This home was was perfect in every way for a relaxing getaway. Inside was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. Two of the bedrooms faced the water for a beautiful view and nice ocean breeze, they also had blackout curtains if you wanted to sleep in. The bathrooms were spacious, they had hair dryers and makeup mirrors. Outside was just as thoughtfully put together. Several seating options in the front and back of the house. The fire pit was amazing! Having a private pool was great, and the yard being fenced for our dogs made this vacation especially nice. We will definitely be back and recommend this home to our friends.

Memories Made!

Favorite song, Favorite house
We are long-time island visitors (20+ years) and this is our 3rd stay at Here Comes the Sun. We love it! Well-appointed, cozy, on a sweet, quiet street with easy beach access, it's the perfect home for all of us (2 legged and 4 legged!). We noticed and appreciated the changes, improvements and upgrades since our last visit. We stepped in on that first evening and immediately felt at home. The house was also immaculately clean and smelled wonderful - kudos and thanks to the cleaning crew! We'll be back!

Amazing place!
There are not enough words of praise for the perfection that is Here Comes The Sun! The owners have thought of and provided everything - it was especially nice to have the option for a normal pot of coffee or single cup Keurig. Everything a person needs is included. As dog / animal lovers ourselves, it warms our hearts that it is obvious the homeowners are as well. I highly doubt you will find a better backyard for a traveling pup than this home. We have never brought a pet to the island with us before, but rather than that experience being a hassle, it was very much like we were home - could let her out off leash and simply clean up after her (with a scoop and rake provided, no less). In the past 20 years, we have been to the island around 15 times and have never spent as much time at the house as we did this trip...simply because the backyard was a fantastic place to hang out. Plenty of space in the home and with both front and back upper decks as well as lower level, backyard seating there were many options to choose from to relax. We chose to not have the pool heated, so we never used it more than dangling our feet in it, but at the right temperature the pool would be a wonderful additional hang out location. I could go on and on here, but will simply close with this thought: Here Comes The Sun will be the first place I check for availability on all future trips to the island!!

Best dog rental around!!!
If you have a pet this is THE place to rent. The yard is very secure with all the accoutrements required to 'clean up' after your fur friend. It's pretty cool for people too. Great fire pit, private pool & lots of seating for everyone!
