Good Times
Wonderful house. Easy beach access w/ private boardwalk. Enjoyed seeing the dolphins every morning and did see turtle tracks one morning. Turtle patrol was at the scene. Very relaxing week. I would rent again.

Good Times
Had a great stay at Good Times on SGI. The house was great and right on the beach. We enjoyed the ease of going out to the beach everyday and sitting on the porch in the afternoon and evenings. We’ve stayed in 15 houses on SGI and they’ve all been great including Good Times.

Perfection !
We thoroughly enjoyed our two month stay at Good Times. We appreciated the updated kitchen with its quality materials and appliances, including the surprisingly quiet dishwasher, heavy duty pots and pans, really nice silverware and dishes. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Having large capacity washer and dryer was a bonus. Outdoor furniture, including Adirondack chairs and chaise lounges, were new and plentiful. Lots of choices to enjoy the wide porch facing the Gulf. It was a privilege to stay at this wonderful beachfront house and we look forward to returning next year. As always, Collins was fantastic in every regard.

Great time at Good Times
This is our second stay at “Good Times”. The location, the back deck, and boardwalk are great! The home is always clean but really needs an upgrade. There is a lot of chipping pain and peeling ceilings this year compared to two years ago. Overall, we are very happy with our trip again and with the check in process and the timely manner in which Collins Vacation Rentals gets us into the home.

Good Times
The rental Good Times was exactly what I was looking for and had a great time! The rental was clean, comfortable, and in close proximity to what we needed. My mother and father who are in their late 70's were both able to walk the beach (some) or just sit near the beach several days without having trouble due to it being so close. The rental company was very nice, and I felt that if I needed anything at all they would assist. We will definitely be booking with Collins again! I am thankful for the memories made during the week and pray my parents had just as good of time as I did.

Good Times
Five stars! We love the house. The owner is very kind. The gate on the deck is wonderful. All rental house deck fences should have one. The closed gate allows our dog to enjoy the deck too.
