Words cannot do this house justice
We have stayed at various houses at Cape San Blas and SGI. There is not a house that has ever come close to this one. The owners of this house have thought of every little detail to make this house unforgettable. The kitchen had everything you could think of. It was so stocked that we had a canned answer if someone ask if the kitchen had an item, the answer was always "of course it does" without even looking first. They furnished beach chairs and umbrellas. They furnished all kind of toys for kids. They even furnished a highchair and play pen. (of course they did). They even thought of furnishing pet food dishes for the dogs. Only complaint we could complain about was the mattresses. They were not that great but I can live with a bad mattress when we had a house that was otherwise amazing. I honestly don't know how any other rental could ever measure up to this one.

FAMILY VACATION RENTAL PERFECTION!!!
I've rented many houses on many different beaches in the Gulf but Easy Does It is a stand out! This house had everything you could ever need and more! The layout, the ground level, the basement of fun filled activities, the hot tub that I didn't even realize it had, the garage, the garage fridge, the mini fridge in the basement and I could go on and on. It by far had the best supplied kitchen I've ever had at any rental, better than my own kitchen. It was spacious, had fun activities available for rainy days, and just made you feel like you were at home at the beach! Absolute perfection! SGI is a special place and so is this rental! Here's hoping the first week in June of 2026 cancels I we can scoop it up for next year!

Excellent stay on the beach!
We really enjoyed our stay at Easy Does It. The home was comfortable as soon as we arrived. The place is well stocked and set up for relaxing and enjoying the beach. You can tell the owners take pride in the home and want visitors to have a great time. Beds and furniture are comfortable as well as the hot tub is a great addition for cool morning coffee. We already booked again for next year, thank you!

Totally enjoyed
Easy does it was a wonderful home to stay in. So much space and fun areas to hang out. Played cards and really enjoyed the Florida room with the fabulous view. Had everything we needed. Hope to stay again sometime in the future. Thank you!

Wonderful house
We loved our time at this house. It was almost too big. The pier out to the beach was great for watching sun rises and sunsets. We would love it if there were new firmer beds for next time. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Living room furniture is comfy. Our favorite room was the kitchen with sea views from two sides. Didn’t use the Florida room as it was too hot.

Home Away From Home!
Collins Vacation Rentals did an excellent job in answering all questions about their rentals which led my wife and I to choosing them once again for a vacation home rental. Check in to “Easy Does It” and check out were simple. The minute we walked in the front door of “Easy Does It” we felt at home. The view of the beach and Gulf of Mexico from either the kitchen or Florda room were breath taking. The kitchen was well supplied with everything you needed to cook a meal or eat a meal. There were grills, chairs, umbrellas and floats that were available to use. The hot tub was well maintained, it was serviced twice during the week. The owners really spoil you. Look forward to next year, and we will probably stay 2 weeks!

Perfect for our family Thanksgiving getaway
This house could not have been more perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. Sure it is an older home but it has great charm! Very open living space and kitchen. The basement-I know what you are thinking and it was not musty at all-is an awesome space with plenty of room for game time or just watching ballgames or movies. The only thing I would change about this one would be a 3rd bedroom on the main level. 5 stars for sure!!!!
